    I’m an old semi driver & my word of advice to you is when you’re dumping that load always put your seat 💺 belt on!!! Because if worse case scenario happens when that dump bed is up and in case of a tip over (Heaven forbid) at least you’ll be safer with your seat belt on. Just a tip & it’s always better to be safe than sorry & end up with unnecessary injuries. 😉

      I wear it on the road, but then unbuckle to unload because I have to get out and unlatch the back door.

    • @CCRider5312
      @CCRider5312 Год назад +1

      @@acresofclayhomesteadyeah that’s understandable but I noticed when you was dumping you didn’t have it on. I was thinking 🤔 OMG if that thing tips over on the passenger side it’s gonna slam her outta that seat against metal and hurt her badly. So please for your protection wear it During dumps, on the road or on uneven ground.

    Found your channel a few days ago. Enjoy watching your farm activities. I do try not to notice the green in your tractors and other equipment. The reason is I worked for 30 years at the JI Case /Case IH plant 64/94 in Racine Wisconsin as a Quality Assurance Mechanical Inspector. I came to Missouri in the USAF. My wife of 54* years is a farm girl Her late parents had Holstein milk cows. After my wife retired from her 25 years s an Elementary school teacher we moved to her home 500-acre farm here. During my Case career, we drove here to Mo from WI every summer to help out on the farm. 68/69 I served at Andersen AFB Guam on a B52 bomber during the Vietnam war. My wife stayed here on the farm with her parents taught school and did their shopping, cooking, and cleaning while her parents did the milking and field chores. It's here I learned how to run farm equipment for them and how to hand shovel out the milking parlor holding pens!
    We rent our farm out to a beef cattle farmer for grazing and a sharecropper hog farmer. Great Mom and family. PS my wife loves watching you too. Hello to all your family. We bought an Instant Pot too, and we love it.

    Great job, Rhonda! I can't believe they only had a 30 day warranty on that A/C motor (compressor?). Every automotive part I have ever bought had at least a 12 month warranty. Was that an OEM John Deere motor that went bad? I would sure be looking elsewhere for a new motor. Somewhere that stood behind their parts with a better warranty. Take care!
