- Sometimes is a song I wrote while on tour in Asia last year. I had a really bad day dealing with my own anxiety issues and I kind of let it get the better of me. I started writing the song in my hotel room to help me calm down, music has always helped me in that way. For me Its a song about accepting the bad days and trying to stay positive.

While millennials here are quite exposed to English songs but rest aren't. But I guess still we enjoy 4times(in different languages) more music than an average person so I guess we're too busy enjoying music anyway.

"I won't cry cause I'm lucky I know" is my favourite line and it's so relatable. When I'm feeling down, I often think how loads of other people have it so much worse than I. But it's still valid to feel down!

Just because someone else's suffering is more doesn't mean your suffering is insignificant. You are allowed to feel sad and take your time.

This is the first time I ever posted a comment on any music provider;
I just want to comment on how this song by Kodaline uplifted me the day I fist heard it dealing with the horrendous anxiety of the Corona Virus Epidemic,
I have been sharing it with anyone that is also overwhelmed as they share their anxiety about the new threat at hand.
Although I am in Pickering, Ontario, Canada and we have not been touched as deeply as others around the world I still share in your sorrows and losses.
Many thanks to Kodaline for such an uplifting song and such a needed time!!!!

I love Kodaline so much. When you look at them you dont see the deeper issues like anxiety, but they are human. Being a very anxious person myself, I understand, and I'm sure many others do too.
