Thank you for sharing. What a wonderful honest video, this along with people like Cody Townsend represent a truer side to adventure for me at least that isn’t glitzy and full blast adrenaline, but speaks to the whole range of experiences we go through as humans seeking to step out of their comfort zones.

Skiing with my dog is my therapy too. Partly I will make sure the dog is safe, and sometimes it defines a prudent choice of terrain.

Still can’t figure out what ‘freeriding’ is? You mean simply skiing down the mountain like always? Or is it just a marketing term used to make categories in order to sell you something?

Freeriding is used to refer to off-piste or back-country skiing where you are not confined to a slope. Can be anything from crazy big mountain lines to skiing powder within resort bounds. Hope this answers your question!
