I love that site. Plenty of custom mats, hard to get/expensive mats, and some Ranking Duel mats that haven't been given out yet. Also proxy cards for VERY cheap.

Sometimes you do need the draw! But I wouldn't use it unless strictly necessary.

You can, but it does come up if you need follow up or search for a missing piece. But I wouldn't say is essential.
