Adobong Kangkong

  • Ingredients:
    ✓ 4 cloves garlic
    ✓ 1 medium size onion
    ✓ chili pepper(optional
    ✓ 5tbsp soy sauce
    ✓3tbsp vinegar
    ✓ 2tbsp oyster sauce
    ✓ black pepper(depends on your taste)
    ✓ MSG(optional)
    ✓ cayenne pepper(optional)
    ✓ pork giniling
    ✓ kang kong
    ✓ 1/2c water
    Procedure:
    Saute garlic, add onions. Add pork giniling and saute for a while and then add soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, black pepper, cayenne and MSG. Stir and add water and chili pepper. Cover and let it boil for 10mins. Adjust to taste. Let it simmer until pork is cooked and water has reduced. Add kangkong stalks. Boil for 4mins then add kangkong leaves and simmer for another 4-6mins. Remove from fire.
