This is very interesting!! I too had a hard time going out in a kimono at conventions due to my anxiety and I ended up going out in a kimono with friends who share the same passion for the art of kitsuke🙏😊!! Thank you very much for the video🙏😊
@@siby913 Of course! 🤗 Having friends who are supportive really helps! Especially when they enjoy the same things! :) My husband helped me a lot with getting past the anxiety, as well as all the support I receive from people like you! ❤️🙇♀️
I feel more anxious out of henshin. Also if I do get anxious/bored I work on my fan techniques, Japanese style dance moves, and mess with my kimono/accessories. It usually helps. I do get anxious in henshin from time to time, then I'll use my henshin to get out of anxiety. Great tips H-San! Great video as always!! Arigato gozimasu!!
@@TheColoradoGeisha Those are all good tips, too! 😋 I do feel like I don't get as much anxiety with henshin as I did with cosplay back then. But it still happens from time to time! 😅 Thankyou so much for watching! 🙇♀️🤗
@@TheColoradoGeisha aww thankyou so much Yuki-san! 🙇♀️ that means a lot to me! 🥰 I'm happy to be a part of the henshin community and love how it's helped meet others like you! 😁🌸
@@thehoustongeisha arigato gozimasu!! It is the same here! Without the Internet and social media I wouldn't have been able to be a part of this great community! I has helped me interact with like minded people like yourself, learn and grow, together. I am also grateful I can share with others and help people learn about Japanese Geisha and hopefully be inspired to see them in Japan if it's possible.
I have had anxiety for a few years. Your tips are very good. I am going to be doing something that is outside of my comfort zone on Halloween. Going to Rocky Horror and my friend and myself are going to be Floor show Janet and Floor show Columbia.
@@trainglen22 I hope my tips can help! 🤗 Even now I still get anxiety sometimes, it's no fun. :( But that's good to get yourself out of your comfort zone! That is how you can overcome anxiety, and not let it take anything from you. 😁 You and your friend are going to look awesome and I know y'all will have a blast! ❤️
i struggle a lot with anxiety and it's only gotten worse as I grow up so thank you for this ❤
@@archalys0 Absolutely!! 🙇♀️ Anxiety can be hard, even now I still deal with it from time to time. So you're not alone! 🤗

I have anxiety and panic attacks. I draw, paint, or sculpt Japanese geisha/geiko women all the time. I also look at Geisha pictures for relaxation.
