Or maybe people should use common sense and not buy a house near a busy road if you hate noise… there are plenty of people who dont mind living beside busy roads. Plenty of houses in dublin that are not beside the m50
I think they usually don’t build this kind of thing anymore, but often the motorways were built after the houses and ruined the neighbourhoods, then widening the motorways makes it worse. It’s pretty awful that this is allowed in the UK, we should be better than this. We should probably just demolish these houses and replace them with a thick wall of trees, then place sound barriers and containment shelters over the motorway like they do in Japan, as well as use quieter surfaces.
@@shioyoutube9041 Or deal with our severe societal addiction to cars and stop extending and building motorways. At least if it was a railway, the noise wouldn't be constant!
Lol....I live in a nice apartment with great views but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who can not handle noise. The ambulance siren every 30 minutes is the worst because the Hospital is nearby.
What is the app he was using on his phone to measure the decibel reading at the start?
Sounds like a waterfall or the beach.
building housing estates shouldn't be legal by motorways like this

@@starkeybf They all bought houses there before the motorway was expanded, though.
