- I present you a tour of the International Students' dormitory of Nanjing University Xianlin Campus, Nanjing China. I am in my third year of PhD in the field of computer sciences at Nanjing University. PhD students has a separate room, however, masters, undergraduate, and exchange students live with the roommate.
If you don't like to have a roommate you can pay the double price to have a separate room.
Pricing:
The charges are 1000 RMB for one month for a single room, which can be divided by two when you have a roommate.
This video is for prospective students who want to join Nanjing University for their studies. So, I filmed a tour of the dormitory so that they are able to figure out how is a room at Nanjing University looks like.
Important Note:
Nanjing University has two campuses: 1) Xianlin Campus 2) Gulou Campus
The Gulou campus is the old campus and is situated in the city center while the Xianlin campus is approximately 30 Km away from the city center and is the modern one. This video is about the dormitory at the Xianlin campus, the campus in Gulou has a different kind of rooms.
Most of the departments are located at Xianlin Campus other than a few at Gulou. The exchange students are distributed at both the campuses.

How good is Nanjing University for undergraduate students

While admission in English medium degrees, ielts is mandatory requirement here or we can submit English proficiency certificate from last degree's university?
it's not mandatory but it's advisable to have IELTS which will enhance your chances of admission. You can submit your application with an English proficiency certificate.

I bought it from a friend, here on the campus, but you can buy it easily from outside, at a cheap price.

Yes, you can have your separate room. But I have no idea about MBBS.

Its Chinese language but its not a big issue, everyone can use those easily.

No, its Nanjing university. Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications is also very near to my campus.

This is Nanjing University's dorm, you can do your further research, I know some bachelor's students who were getting this scholarship.
Wht is the difference between the charges of room rent if one take this within the campus or outside the campus (private room).
if you are live off campus you will get 1000 RMB back as long as i remember but it might have been changed, please do you own research as well.

a single room will cost you 1000 RMBs while shared will be 500 RMBs (2 people).

Actually, Nanjing medical university is very near to my campus, however, due to the lockdown it is challenging to go there nowadays, maybe later, I can make some content about that university. By the way many students from Indian, Pakistan, and Bangladesh study there.

If you want to apply for a scholarship, it's better to go for the Chinese Government Scholarship.
you can search online about this scholarship. By the way, you need to get an acceptance letter from a potential supervisor at Nanjing University first, Then need to apply on the Nanjing University website from January to March as well as apply on the CSC website too.

Sir how much stipend the university give per month..
It depends, most of the students come here on CSC scholarship, for Ph.D., its 3500 RMBs with a free single room in the university dormitory. For MS it's 3000 with a shared room.

Usually, its single room for Ph.Ds students, however, for undergraduate, and masters, its 2 persons a room. However, if you wanna live single, you have to pay a double fee.
