I am the same way. Aside from my gas mower, I am battery everything. I recommend the rapid charger. with 4 or five batteries you essentially never run out

You don’t have to do anything special. It will automatically let out a bit of line when it needs to.

It automatically feeds. Pushing the button just lets more line out if you need it.
