Hi, can you start the clip at the same time as music from DAW? It is midi, or click source? For example track starts in DAW, and the clip is played. During the song i can hit another clip

Hi Garrett, Resolume is meant for Live Mixing and can record in DXV, Prores & Motion Jpeg codecs. You will need to later convert your recordings to mp4. I had a tutorial about how to record smoothly in Resolume - maybe it'll make recording easier for you: ruclips.net/video/fRD9hbZQUQE/видео.html
how are your layers set up? ADD ALPHA ALPHA doesn't seem to "overlay" nicely like on your composition
That's because I'm rendering my clips so they would have transparent background and not black background. I'm rendering to DXV codec, the codec that the Resolume team created in order to allow us to have Alpha channel transparency in our clips, as well as smoother playback. I don't have a tutorial on how to export with Alpha Channel but try searching on how to do just that. You could also download free clips from our website (these are clips from packs we made and have Alpha Channel) and try mixing them to get the feel www.stvinmotion.com/free LMK if you have more question!
Hello, I know it's been a while but I don't have all of those effect presets that you have at 7:54, even tho I have Resolume 7.. Do you have any ideas how to fix this issue? Thank youu
Hey Leo, are you referring to the various envelopes shown? Some of them are installed with Arena (4 to the floor, for instance) and the rest were created by me.
@@STVinMotion yes, the defaults ones. I have Resolume arena 7 and I can't see any of them. I've looked on internet but nothing refers to it :(
@@leo4761 weird. Missing the default envelopes... I'd try to reinstall Arena. Or if not under update license then instal the demo.

The "beast" is made of elements that are part of this pack stvinmotion.com/shop/ornamental-2 The effect I'm using here is a Levels, a native effect inside Arena.

You can find a downloadable harmony color presets that the Resolume team had made here stvinmotion.com/colorize-palette-resolume/ I'll try and add this info in the description.
