Hey everyone welcome back to another video! Today I am super excited because Andrea and I traveled up to Wixom Michigan to do some RV Reviews! This is the 2021 Thor Palazzo 37.4 which is the biggest Palazzo they make for 2021. Now why did we do this video you might ask and the reason is simple. We dont sell Palazzo in Florida so we wanted to make sure we reviewed some brands that were only sold at select stores :)
Andrea and I LOVE Seeing all sorts of RV's! What I love about this Palazzo is that it has the Mid Entry Door and it has the double sofa all while staying under 40ft.

I love the mid-entry door. I wish more companies would offer this and not just on "entry-level" motorhomes. It is really such a game changer. When you are full timing or most timing you want your RV to feel like a home and a big part of that is having a real front door. No one wants to feel like they are getting on the city bus when they just spent half a million dollars.
I much prefer the front (bus style door ) just makes the living area feel as on unit not broken up like the mid door does

Love the window side ballasts. Very right private light tone.love the tv across from theater seating. Live the light tones. Love how spacious with slides in.
Love everything you selected but I love the slide out pantry and under the sink side out as well.
Love the tilt a bed. I cannot sleep laying flat and this is a blessing instead of a recliner.
I love everything about this coach! I love the storage, couch and seating, and dinette. I really love the kitchen. I really love the tilt a bed! The bathroom is also great! I do not mind the fiberglass doors.
Entry level just leveled up! This has it all! Definitely going to add this baby to my Christmas list. Thanks Matt & Andrea!

Amazing to me. Beyond what I can afford but just amazing. So glad Andrea is is with u. Matt’s friend was nice but he’s not Andrea. Love all the space in there.

1) Too big for me but it has all I need.

👍 Smashy! Ahh, the dynamic RV duo together and back in action! L: space and walkability slides-in/out; bedroom space, storage and laundry (for an extra five/six feet you'd get a master bath, but it's just not needed with that excellent mid-bathroom) two likes in one!; kitchen/dining zone is a winner. D: sorry, not picky tonight. Be safe wherever you two are, things are nuts all over. 😷😷😷😷

I agree,the counter space and backsplash are nice.like the elbows room in bathroom.like outdoor tv.if the bed above seats has tv,grandkids would love it.

Love the tilt bed! I have sleep apnea and cannot use the machine and sleeping tilted slightly allows me to breathe. Also love the washer and dryer and room in the bedroom! Love the work station and I love the door placement so my entry and exit is not blocked if someone is using the ed over the driver. I do not care for the dark cabinets, prefer white or light colors, not so much wood tone. Great review and great job! Happy for you two!!! Wishing y’all all good things!

Love the floor plan & especially the kitchen. The pull out shelving/ drawers in the kitchen are the best!! So much easier to retrieve things from the back of a cupboard. Bedroom is huge like that. Are there USB ports or outlets near the bed? That is a must!! Thanks for your great reviews 😊

Love the color scheme outside and inside.Worried about the washer/dryer/ fridge on one slide. Lots of great features for entry level! No dislikes !

Oh my goodness! What a home. I do agree that for the price point that they should have aluminum cargo doors do not like that tilt bed. Love the mid entry door and cockpit. Good presentation and video. Stay safe ya'll.
I can't believe this is an entry level coach. I really like this motorhome . We could full time in this. Thank you for showing this Beautiful Coach. I would like to find one closer to Idaho.
I love the floor plan, especially the separation of the seating area and the kitchen. Also love the kitchen window, and big bathroom. I agree the additional tv is a waste of space.
we have a 2020 of the same floor plan. Love the floor plan, with the middle door (a must have) and the inductions stove (another must have) and the washer/drier ( our 3rd must have). Love that we can still use the RV with slides in. At night we lay sideways across the bed.
The things we don't like is the flat panel buttons. In a dark RV I can feel actual buttons. On the panel I have to poke around to find out about where the button I want is. The door squeaks as we go down the road and the water gutter on the passenger side pours rain straight down the side of the RV and sometimes floods our storage below the "dog window". By the way, my dogs do like the dog window.
When your camping in Florida in summer a TV is nice to have.
Love this unit! 2 tv's same room not needed, Matt we adore you & Andrea and all your hard work, but the bend up beds do not bother us at all unless they are unfinished & black liner with metal sticking out, ugh, no. Also illegal to sleep on back beds anyway, may put folks off buying and so many coaches are doing this. Hugs love you both, & the pup! Matt looking good on weight loss & Andrea always beautiful! 3.the thought put into every detail for real usability...for instance the size of the remarkable bathroom and even the 2 TVs In the main living area so if there are guests all can enjoy but making sure the 2 traveling have perfect TV viewing from the theater seats...great job...and can't forget the awesome navigator computer/workstation up front
Beautiful motorhome by Thor! Everything you need for full time rving has been furnished! Dislikes; not quite as much storage in the garage area, fiberglass doors outside that’s it for me. Likes, ladder for the roof, bunk over cab, stackable washer/dryer! Many other likes on this one as well Matt and Andrea! Be safe and look forward to your next video!

Finally, a unit with an entrance in the middle and not the passenger side.
Only dislike is the TV by the dinette. More storage would be nice. Agree with you that it's overkill.
Likes: mid entry door, solar, kitchen and kitchen storage. Dislikes: TPO roof, lift up storage doors, corner TV in bedroom. Another great video, thanks Matt and Andrea.

Ilike everything but i especially like the colors of this RV. I also like the space.
Finally, room for a coffee maker!!! I do think the second TV and fireplace are in an awkward place. Would like a large TV in the bedroom. Love the floor plan, mid entry, tough coated storage. I do like the tilt a bed for watching TV. I don't like the kitchen slide out so close to the door, I'd worry that someone would crack their head on it. But for the most part, I love it.

WOW. I really like this layout. It’s functionality is amazing. Everything is laid out perfect. The bathroom is the perfect size. I would’ve liked to see a 1/2 bath, but for being entry level I can look past that. If I had to dislike anything it would be that it only has 1 solar panel!

Matt, I didn’t see any outlets near the small nightstands or phone chargers ?
I agree that the outside storage doors should be aluminum, can’t believe it would cost that much more !
Why doesn’t the mid entry Motorhomes have a cover over the steps ? Our dog 🐕 or dogs riding down the road can’t fall into the stairwell and be seriously hurt not to mention a person walking back to get something !
Wish they would put a power cord reel into this unit, a lot easier to clean the cable as your powering it in !

I agree with you on all the likes and dislikes. I also think the bed is an opportunity to have a Murphy bed setup with a full couch for Andrea to nap with seat belts, and additional entertaining space.
The only other thing please know I mean well. The outro has got to go! Just the unison “see ya later”. You are real or seem to be quite genuine. I love your banter, gentle ribbing, and caring comments for others. The schtick is unnecessary. Love watching and love your insights even more!

Two thumbs up. Except for the extra TV, this is as well designed as any RV you've reviewed regardless of price. Wish I had a spare 200 grand.

Very nice motorhome! Think the fireplace looks really small for such a big class A, needs more storage in bathroom. Really spacious and love the layout! Like where the door is located and do love the body paint.
Love everything about this one especially the prime pooping position toilet
I love the tilt-a-view bed, I hurt my back years ago and I can't sleep flat. I like the bathroom, and I like the televator. I dislike the fibreglass baggage doors, the DEF tank location, and the lack of additional solar prep (ways to route power from the roof.) All in all it seems like a great coach.

Love this thing. Love the bedroom and the stacked W/D. Shower is very nice . Hate that I can't afford it. I would definitely love living in this RV. But would want to add additional solar panels and Battle Born batteries. So happy to see Andrea back. The team works best as a team. Will did a great job as a stand in. The two TV'S are a bonus. Especially if you're a sports fan. In fact none of your dislikes are a problem for me. But love all your likes and more.
Ever though about getting a decibel reader? (You can get an app for your phone!)To use for the generators as that's quite an important consideration,...Maybe a reading outside reading and one from the master bedroom? Love the channel btw !

Welcome back, Andrea. Extra TV in living room area makes no sense, emergency exit(s)?, its a Thor. Great interior design, bunk over cab can support 2 adults, ladder to roof.

Love the kitchen, the bathroom is nice but there's no towel storage. I also agree on the cargo doors. It's fairly well appointed for entry level and at over $200,000 you'd think aluminum doors would be standard.

Great value for the money.
Likes, 1) Spacious living room layout with theater seating 2) Nice bathroom 3) Good TV position for everyone........Dislikes, 1) Only a 2 burner stove with no oven! Some rich people still like to cook? 2) Everything is electric, so the engine or generator will always be running until you have access to shore power 3) Another cheap rubber roof on a $200,000 motor home
Yeah, with others doing fiberglass and PVC they dropped the ball.
Matt, I like the review. After watching you for over a year, I wonder why the load capacity is so low on most Rv’s. Case in point, this Palazzo has 250 lbs more than my Thor Vegas 24.5. To me this is a safety issue considering how much more storage space it has. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the issue.

Always like to know if the passenger seat has as many power positions as the driver seat...it should, but often does not.
Like mid door entry better than cabin/cockpit. Feels like a real front door. Like pet window. Lke pet window under storage. Love its a pusher. Love how fast drop bunk goes up/down matte org loss cabinets I can go either way. MSRP not bad. Cutting board still makes for e,tra counter space lol so I'm digging it. Looooooove the bathroom. I like the tilt a view bed. Love screen door

Do I have to do the slide out all the way or can I slide the mount halfway? Is it recommended to slide them out all the way? Really just luv this unit!!!!

The 3 things I don't like about this motorhome:
1. the 2nd TV in the living room
2. tilt-a-view bed
3. fiberglass baggage doors
I really do like the floor plan with the exception of the tilt bed.
Not sure why you are opposed to fiberglass slam latch doors. They insulate much better than aluminum which can keep your floor warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
I just wish Thor would use fiberglass one piece roof systems. Tpo will never last over time and needs more frequent maintenance.
3 in one washer-dryer, I like it! Wash, dry, and keep it in dryer until you use it lol
Hey guys! This is a nice looking coach. Like the white bays with no carpet. Like opposing slides, like mid entry, lots of pantry storage. Good bathroom, but only 1. Only major dislike is that Thor has one of the worse reputations for service in the business. They need to do something about that and they could then own the lower end class A market. Don’t like folding bed at all. Ya’ll take care while traveling!
