@@_simplejared_1992 Um, how about they dont touch her at all? Its not like shes OP. Shes not the most picked mage either, shes probably at the bottom of the list tbh. It takes a LOT of time to learn her combos. Shes the 2nd hardest hero to use in ML after fanny. Why deal with a difficult hero if there are no rewards?
Maybe to other old kaguras players will be clonky maybe just a bit of gameplay maybe you will know how to use her comfortably.(I'm a old kagura player so it will be clonly to me)
@@amielardiente2639 Clonky? Yes. Worth it? No. From the gameplay itself, it doesn't seem to live up to the previous ulti. It misses for agile hero considering they're not pulled back and doesn't do damage itself after they escape the ulti. What's more, the delay damage seems like a rip off considering it doesn't actually deal damage unless they actually stay in that range. It's too much effort and unreasonable when it doesn't contribute anything to her pre-existing difficult gameplay, strategy and problems to begin with. They're trying to fix the link, but it's still breakable and doesn't deal any damage when it touches the enemy.
I kinda still miss the old Kagura's ult tho. I remembered how many times I've caught miya when she ult coz of the slow of my ult alone. The new kagura relies on her teammates, she's now prone to gank if she messed up her ult. I don't know she's already perfect without the revamp the only thing I like is the speed of the umbrella when casted.
I do agree with you since i always fight alone. With the old skills i could kill like 3 opponents myself. The new ult makes it look hard to kill

1:40, in the current server kagura can easily kill that haya using the purple ult alone. But here, kags used 2 ult just to kill a half life squishy assassin😭. I love this gameplay, kagura is played well. However, my 3 years of being kagura main still can’t accept that moonton touched their classic mage. Classics and legends should be left untouchable.
True. I like killing enemies using only purple skills. Especially when they are in their towers, and you dont want to use the blue second stun skill. Sometimes, it's not good idea to go to umbrella's location.

Almost all skill that have so much dmg have delay like lou yi passive aurora ult kadita ult etc if it has no delay it's too op
Old ult is still better. Can't count the many times enemies tried to gank me inside my tower but the slow and the DELAY of pull saved my ass. Now it's easier to gank Kagura. Plus the damage is nerf, Kag has 2 purple ult damage and 1 blue damage. Now the first phase purple ult doesn't have any, not even slow. And Kagura usually don't need the pull damage late game, she has no delay bursting Squishies late game, now she has 1.5 seconds delay. Massive nerf.
And the umbrella speed actually is a big buff. It was so easy to dodge it before due to delay

As a Kagura player I actually prefer the old one more, it has quicker burst so you can kill the enemy quickly and escape

Considering all the meta heroes have high agility, as a Kagura user it's a BIG nerf for me. If Kagura's passive ( the short cc when she gather the umbrella ) is in cd, her purple ultimate is useless specially on high ranked matches where player does have ultra instincts

If there is a team fight, of course you will try to poke the enemy using first then a good enemy core will try to chase you then you've accidentally gather the umbrella and now the small cc is on cd. If you try to burst enemy damage dealers there is a 100% chance that they can escape. Kagura is like Chou but mage, why ? Because on the couple of years, no matter what the enemy is she can still burst them all. She's like a low-key assasin. Just look at hororo's highlights, Gusion's ultimate might be in CD or he just don't used it.
The only good thing is the umbrella speed buff. Others wouldn't know since they don't main kagura

For the old one, the advantage of it is when it comes to crowd control such as defending the base or during tight team fight where distance is the key especially if enemy ls chasing you, you can take the advantage by using ur ulti as they chase you in a straight line.
Now for the New revamp one hmmm. I think it is workable. Wont be too hard to master the combos and attack routes but surely that 1.5s delay kinda irritate me a bit haha. Welp as long theres free flicker n free shield/purify im happy haha
@Neil Zangetsu that's why pro kagura should know what they doing,as a kagura main,you shouldn't used ur ult immediately when they have flicker or dash,just wait the right timing to used ur ult or you can used ur first skill then second skill to stunt the enemy so they tho u trying to ulti them,that how it work

Eitherway, I like both versions of kagura's ult.

Nah, I still think that it's a nerf. Before, you could only use skill 1 - ulti combo for the kill without risking urself diving into the tower or enemy lines but now, you need to stun them with skill 2 + pasif to make them stay in place.
Like I said in the previous video, she lost her versatility. She has more combo variations before than she is now, which really depends on her full skills
Other people say "just use both purple and blue skills" They don't understand that using second blue stun skill and going near the enemy is not always a good idea!!!!
Still, she's more rounded now. As it is, while this could be considered a nerf she seems to be more of a team player now. Still can absolutely destroy with burst, but her new got effects and wider umbrella makes her teamfight capability a lot more dangerous. From the looks of things, working with a decent Kagura I we could easily 2 v 5. I just need to set her up properly
I think the revamped version makes him has more teamfight oriented skill instead of just burst, gotta keep her balanced you know, and faster umbrella travel speed makes the enemies have less time to react to her combo
Purple resets your 1st skill, your 1st skill already has a slow. If you're worried about diving then dont and just poke, you have built in purify, you can use flicker, and can buy winter truncheon.
It's not a nerf. It's what you call "New Combo"... Try to differentiate Nerf to Combo

I still don't think its better than the last time. Just look at 6:28 that could've been an easy kill but because of the delay you weren't able to secure the kill. My suggestion is that the damage should take effect right after you click her purple ult then the cc will come after with a little dmg only. Now, she's more of a team fighter rather than a lone wolf. Heroes with great mobility/dash skill will be able to easily escape her ulti. I also use her to counter fanny but with the delay on the damage of her ult, it would be harder.

There’s no second phase, it’s just the new ult... the old one deals two damages which is the first burst damag and the so called link...
For Example, at 13:09, with Kagura’s old ult, the Granger will not be able to escape because of Kagura’s first ult damage because it’s removed, you know have to wait for it to deal damage and the Granger easily escaped it

obv.. kagura is prob alr super fed, the old kagu can do that too, maybe even faster. enemy doesnt have any tanky hero and all the enemy seems like they r blanking out thruout the whole match, hard to tell yet that the new ult is still good
Well, her ult deals lot of damage but its useless when you missed to hit the target since they can get away easily. The old ult is more easier though doesn't deal a lot of damage compared to this one but the damage is worth it if you hit the target. In conclusion she's better when team fighting because the opponents attention is on your other teammates especially the core and they'll probably not see the ult.

I just hope Moonton would add a Slow Effect on the range of her Ultimate while it is charging. Because Heroes with Dash Skills or Faat Movement Speed might just escape from it quick.

Her damage always ends up surprising me, and I really hate chasing her. Her and guin are 2 of the biggest reasons I use flameshot... because otherwise I'll get them down to no hp and they'll run...and most of the time I won't be able to catch
The new revamp is okay. I like the old kagura better, shes so perfect. Started playing kag since 2017 and loved her immediately. Sad she didn’t need a revamp

The good thing about Kagura main users is they are very good at making combos. So Im pretty sure they will learn to accept these changes, and practice new combo styles.

The instant damage AND SLOW from her ult is still really important can't we stress this enough to make moonton revert this revamp since kagura is already balanced? If she does get better she'll probs gonna be nerfed again. A visual revamp is more than welcome enough

Well I think now the Kagura in the official server deals higher overall damage because there's a lot of Magic Power Scaling nerfs in her skills, especially her ultimate. Here are the comparisons (original/advance):
1st: 150% to 105%, you might think it's not a big deal but it's huge deduction.
2nd skill: same(90%)
Ult Blue: 120% to 105% why change it bruh? Just a slight knocksback, low damage (lower than first skill), then higher CD? Why change it bro?
Ult pink: 100% and 180% to 70% and 130% (well I get it because it has a shorter delay, but like wut?)
So in overall if you do a full combo in normal server vs advance server (1-3-1-2-3-2-1)... These are the results in Magic Power Scaling
Original: 940%
Advance: 710%
Huge difference 🤡(Don't forget about its Base Damages).
Well I said what I have, even though it's great to have the umbrella move faster and the pink Ult have shorter delay...but why nerf her damage especially her blue Ult?? (Like bruh why the blue Ult) well I just kinda hope they kinda bring back some magic power scaling? (Or not)

As a Kagura main, 2k match 60% WR solo player. This can't be a nerf. Just the speed boost and larger hitbox to the umbrella alone are overdoing it already.
Some are saying its a nerf even though they haven't even used her smh
people are so quick to complain they wont even bother analyzing or waiting for the release
so true i love the new kagura tho she is better now, its not really sure if thats her true ulti or moonton will change it but thats better because, the animations, her new look, her new skill effects and design, it looks so cool

This is bullshit, coming from a kagura main with 2k matches and 76%wr. I've tried this in the advanced server and this is a huge nerf for her, moonton turned her to a basic shtty hero with a delayed damage to her ult. Tho this is my opinion, I still think the revamo was not needed.

her damage might be bigger in her revamp but she isnt as fun to play with anymore which is i assume one of the reasons why players main her because of her kit especially her ult where it's actually very unique for mobile legends
As Kagura user since day one, I really believe that this revamp is a nerf to her ult. Casting the link on her old ult already deals damage then another damage if the enemy got pulled. Now it only deals one damage and only IF you succesfully placed her ult to the enemy.
All the people crying about secret nerf in the previous videos suddenly silent now...

It's still a nerf. No damage on Ult upon umbrella release is just useless. Yes, u can pull enemies after 1.5sec but that's just a waste of ult if it has no damage.

I think what moonton should've done is replace the damage part from the 2nd part of her ult to the 1st part.

@@kal928 We all know about the dmg after the pull. What he's saying is there's no dmg before the pull unless you use the second skill stun. If you are a Kagura main, you know can 1 combo kill enemies using only purple skills. But now you have to use purple and blue to sure kill. Because 1.5 s is still a long time for dash heroes, and the circle doesn't even have a slow before pulling.

Love it 100%. They’re making her a more team fight oriented mage as they. Means. There will be a serious difference in Kagura mains. I do believe it will increase difficulty due to the fact that the spot placement of the umbrella will require good timing and if use at the wrong time, game over. Imagine fleeting time and calamity reaper. The flicker ults are gonna be so nasty lmao. Love this. A good step in the right direction.
I couldn't agree more. From the looks of it, they made the changes for faster combo and less escape from enemies. She can easily chase enemies in case she missed her ult or if enemies try to run away.
Her damage scaling is quite high compared to old one so I guess that's going on for her.
Crowd control was sacrificed for raw damage..

0:50 No, i not agree cause when kagura in war, she have to target mm first cause mm make more damage so kagura have to kill mm as fast as she can before mm run with flicker, but now kagura have delay on her ultimate it not good for genging, so it a little bit hard to kill mm as fast as she can before mm run and she die. 😭. My main hero is Kagura so i so saddd 😭 after this revamp, actually kagura don't need to revamp it perfectly strong enough. 😔
i worked hard to master kags, and i'm sure other kag mains can relate. while her update isn't necessarily bad, original kagura will always be the best in my heart.
The thing there is, Kagura's first skill is now faster and has a wider range and if you use your red ult and the enemies try to escape from it, follow them with your first skill as it moves faster, catching them up. But it is still possible that they can escape from it since the slow effect is gone so you have to time your second skill properly to return to your umbrella, stun the enemies, and burst them down with her red ult's pulling effect. If they are still alive, this is where your blue ult should be casted. (Add execute if needed 😅)

I prefer lesser damage in purple ULT with CC effect than more damage but lacks CC because the enemy can easily escape since almost of the heroes now has high mobility. With this Kagura is not a mage anymore but a support with high damage.
And if they see that the new purple ULT has high damage, they will reduce it. Then it's a nerf.

Well even tho she lost some special trait from her ult,even with the delay from ult don't forget that her first skill has a slow effect,if you make a combo of ult and skill 1 you can slow the enemy and there's also stun from her passive and the item queen wand if you want more slow
Edit : Adapting is everything,and I believe kagura user can adapt the new gameplay of revamped kagura pretty easily
