Just imagine it when it's game day?,It's going to be mindblowing. No more Goodison, I thought I wouldn't miss her,but now I'm starting understand you can have a relationship with a building, I'm going to miss her.

For Laing O'Rourke it will continue to mid January. Boardwalk still not finished - some work on the corner, painting at least 15 posts white and removing those materials off site (mainly scaffolding). As for the pitch, astroturf will overlay the felt and come inwards on the pitch 1 foot minimum, and then the touchline markings will be in another foot from that (so will cover the very bare/root zone area). It will look great in May, let alone August.

The blue is only on three sides. Not on the side with the dugouts on. The advert hoardings go in the thin gap between the blue. And the advert hoardings only on the three sides where cameras see

I'd think that there will be 2 x layers of advertising boards where the blue areas are, and only the single layer where the dugouts are, as that's where the subs warm up.

Can I ask why the front perimeter wall and Tourette’s were not doff cleaned the rest of the ground and plaza is outstanding even the hydraulic tower looks like it has had some type of of cleaning to the brick work not a lot of cost involved 3-4 days 2 men make a massive difference 👍

A lot of that wall has old mortar in it. They probabaly didn't want to power wash the lot as it would turn into a big repointing job then. The only thing they could have done is use a light spray type gun with a brick cleaner in it and let that tidy it up a bit instead of high pressure water.

If you read properly what route doff cleaning is not power washing no large volume of water or high pressure it is steam cleaning mush more sympathetic method of removing dirt grime and restoring your stone brick back to its former glory cheers
