It’s a great episode. It really shows who Buffy is. That end speech is such an empowering moment. And then she finds out Glory is a god. Like you said it puts things into a whole different perspective.
I think Checkpoint contains one of the greatest scenes in the whole show when Buffy had the showdown with The Council. She just has no time for their stuck up nonsense, and the arrogant Quentin Travers, and tells them who holds the real power. The sword throwing is excellent. We of course get the reveal about who Glory really is, and that this Big Bad is somewhat different from what they have faced before. S5 just gets better and better. A great feeling when Travers has to accept Buffy's terms. This is a pivotal episode for the arc of Season 5, the Finale of which is a stunning end to the Season.
Imagine being the most physically superior human (slayer with powers) and 20 and being told that maybe things "aren't as firm" urgh, as in, the age where I could live off cider and candy and look the best ive looked in my life lolll!
Yep Glory is a God. How the Hell a you gonna beat that. Now the season goes in overdrive. Really enjoyed this reaction. Suggestions for you Burn Notice (7 seasons) Highway To Heaven (1984-1989) 5 seasons. Person of interest. See you on the next reaction. Have a good day.

That's why Glory isn't scared of a simple vampire slayer. She's a God. Buffy's punching way above her weight here

Never underestimate Buffy. It's a rookie mistake. Love it.
Spike and Joyce are the one true ship.
I feel this was Buffy's true graduation
Oh yes! That’s a good way of looking at it, thanks for watching!
