This („thank for introducing me to myself“) is a great story
And I can tell you - that your breathing and body relaxation exercise did the same to me when I laid down and used it.
With 54 with severe complex and birth trauma I felt a peaceful space within myself - that felt like me
And no more the hypervigilant, always prepared and thinking me that kept me alive in my family
The experience in the body is soooo profound - I worked my ass up mentally for years but the body is the only place where the self can fully be expierienced. And it is so hard to get a traumized person like me because my mind is the only me I knew about - the feeling sensation of a me within me that is just me - was long long time gone!

Dr. Gentry, I caught you in Bellevue a couple of months ago.. before lockdown, for your 2-day training. Absolutely the finest training I have taken in years. This video again reminds me what an effective and heartfelt trainer you are! Thank you.
