    For the blue light part of the subject, most screens today have options to turn off or tone down the blue light they give off. Hope that helps those who have to use it after sundown.

    Do caregivers who work nights have a chance to get these hormones through sleep at another time besides 9pm-2am?

      Not until they sleep at the right time.
