    Oh this is my mother she lived with me I constantly put water in front of her she didn't like water but she tried to drink it,she would not go outside for sun. She did exercise some she did little things in the kitchen. I tried to give her good food. She loves her sweets she insisted on getting them her caretaker would bring her sweets all the time she drank coffee every morning she insisted on her coffee. I did everything I could to take care of her but eventually I could not do 24 7 care she was so unpredictable. She definitely did not sleep. She is now in nursing home 😢. One of the hardest things I've had to do.she is now 95 and is in basic good health other than her dementia.

Prevention is very important to me. I've changed my diet, mostly plant based and low carbs, fasting, turmeric daily, and olive oil daily.

    That is the Barbara I really like, knowledgeable, intuitive, and the good teacher and practitioner of health. With Alzheimer there is however more to it, though Barbara is certainly on the right path with it. However I recommend for or anyone who is interested in Alzheimers to read Dr. Michael Nehls work on it it. He is maybe not known here in Oz but he is a renowned scientist and famous for his achievements in research, particularly in his work regarding the brain, including Alzheimer. It should be most interesting for Barbara. Hopefully she does seek out his books.

      It's quite well known now that the sugar companies paid for studies to implicate natural fats and cholesterol for heart problems. Ansell Keyes I believe was the orchestrator. 100 years ago we ate 1or 2 pounds of sugar a year now we eat that in a week. Couple that with, "healthy" vegetable and seed oil and most of us are insulin resistant, our mitochondria are defective through burning these repurposed industrial oils and can no longer cope with the levels of sugar in the blood stream. Get off the statins - they are bad for your liver as they stop it from working to lower your blood cholesterol. It's pretty bad how this dirty secret is out in the open but people think it's not possible for doctors to be so evil as to keep us sick to drum up business. Unfortunately they've been doing it forever and now we have these gene replicating medicines that are leading to super speed cancers that can be tackled by worming medicines but they don't like to prescribe them because they're for animal use. Meanwhile if you want to die they'll kill you and take your corpse away asap. Wonder what they do with the body..? And do they kill you or just keep you in a coma while they find homes for your organs, coz that's what they do - quite legally - with aborted fetuses. It's a funny old world...

    • @usewisdom2
      @usewisdom2 29 дней назад

      Just try what Barbara says,you have nothing to lose. Of course the fake doctors will try to scare you to keep taking their poisons. It's how they make the big bucks, by keeping you sick and dependent upon them as you develop more and more diseases, and so they can give you more and more drugs, repeat, until you die.

Now I am on Repatha, a bi-monthly subcutaneous injection. Not a statin. So, I am down to 200. Should I continue the Repatha? Is that safe? I am really torn.

    Dr. Barbara: RE statins and dementia. A study published June 29, 2021, by the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC) aimed to shed some additional light on this issue. Researchers looked at data on statin use among 18,446 people, ages 65 or older, who had taken part in a large randomized trial of aspirin. The researchers found that over a follow-up period of almost five years, people who took statins weren’t any more likely than non-users to have dementia. The same was true when it came to other changes in cognition, memory, language, executive function, or a measure called psychomotor speed, which measures how quickly someone can process information. They also found no differences between different types of statins. See also Statins and risks of dementia among patients with heart failure: a population-based retrospective cohort study in Hong Kong. The Lancet. Volume 44101006 March 2024. I acknowledge that these were restrospective studies and do not actually put the issue to rest.

      Statins are deadly drugs. They increase your risk of all cause death statistically from their own research. It is declared by me at thoughtful MD's that they "may" prolong life by four days. Every cell in the body needs cholesterol. Inflammation response is what causes heart damage.

    • @jennylewisArtist
      @jennylewisArtist 3 дня назад +1

      I heard a man who sees the spiritual world explain one time he said something unkind to his wife he saw a cut appear on her cheek he quickly apologised & it healed. How many people have verbal wounds unhealed that feel like bullets in their stomachs? Only Jesus can heal us as we ask his help to forgive others.Only then can we live the Abundant Life he promises us all.
