When I took my wife out to dance to this song, I gently grabbed her waist and gave her a lovely kiss, what a good time and what a good song. Rest in peace, my love, this song is in your name that gives us many memories :)

There are certain 80’s songs that give me an overwhelmingly painful and bittersweet sense of nostalgia. This is definitely one of them.
Same here I feel it as well
This song & "Moondance ; " these 2 songs are the one's , that vividly bring back the nostalgia & the pain of my youth. 1/15/2021

And it's bands like this that started it. A good decade for catchy tunes.

Only because we were in it... I can absolutely understand why others would say it's lewd, commercial, a parody of talented musical craft. WE love it because it's what we grew up on.

i swear the saxophone is the most underrated music instrument ever
Hardly
for me it's the pipe organ
Shit not in the 80s literally every popular song of the era has one sax solo guaranteed
Definitely not, people from the 80s and 90s clearly enjoyed it, and as an 00s baby that plays sax I get multiple people saying saxophone is the sexiest instrument out there!
Is that really true? I love the saxofone myself because you can express your feelings and emotions so directly on this instrument. As a Dutchman I'm proud with our own Candy Dulfer, a very hot lady who really can go mad on a sax. She's a great star, not only in the Netherlands, but also abroad and played with some of the greatest like even Prince! So there's light at the horizon. Many, many songs have intro's with saxophones, solo's etc. What about the sound of Sade's band? There the sax determines that typical jazzy sound. Without sax no Smooth Operator! So cheer up and don't dispair!

How can 22 thousand people dislike one of the most nostalgic songs from the 80’s
Some men... just want to watch the world burn... :P
They don’t know music
i guess the maneaters didn’t like being exposed like that
Bruh that’s tuff, this is one of my favorite songs.
They must be down bad but don't want to admit it
I refuse to believe that Daryl Hall and John Oates we’re real. They’re literally human embodiments of the 80’s
Funny this is that they had their first big hits in the mid-70s, followed by a few misses on Along the Red Ledge and X-Static, which only scored a couple of minor hits. However, starting in 1980, they struck gold and had five number one hits in just 4 years, a phenomenal run.
Em 2024 ouvindo esse clássico.

I was 1 years old when this song was released still has that great vibe
One of the best vocal duos EVER. Amazing songwriters, and studio musicians. You never hear anything remotely this good on radio today.
I Agree 👍 1000% straight 🔥
Yes
Hi I recommend a song that's called 'the Bond Villain' by Robert Nix
Decent 1982 this went to number one on the charts. Nearly 30 years and it's still a masterpiece. I watch Darryl's house regularly on RUclips and time has done nothing to diminish his incredible talent.
Rock on Darryl
Should read December! Damn auto correct
40 years.. we are getting old
I definitely enjoy alot of the 80s music over the 2010s and I'm born in the 00s.
I'm Arthur Bhutic! I saw 👀 this in May 1982, when I was turning 7 living of the North Carolina Border in North Chestnut Springs, South Carolina! More than 5 years after, I moved to Houston!
yeaaah bro
Anyone in 2056?

This song while lighting up my Cuban Cigar in a nice evening
LYRICS : 💥❤️💥❤️💥
She'll only come out at night
The lean and hungry type
Nothing is new, I've seen her here before
Watching and waiting
Ooh, she's sitting with you but her eyes are on the door
So many have paid to see
What you think you're getting for free
The woman is wild, a she-cat tamed by the purr of a Jaguar
Money's the matter
If you're in it for love
You ain't gonna get too far
(Oh here she comes)
Watch out boy she'll chew you up
(Oh here she comes)
She's a maneater
(Oh here she comes)
Watch out boy she'll chew you up
(Oh here she comes)
She's a maneater
I wouldn't if I were you
I know what she can do
She's deadly man, she could really rip your world apart
Mind over matter
Ooh, the beauty is there but a beast is in the heart
(Oh here she comes)
Watch out boy she'll chew you up
(Oh here she comes)
She's a maneater
(Oh here she comes)
Watch out boy she'll chew you up
(Oh here she comes)
She's a maneater
Ooh,
Oh here she comes
Here she comes
Watch out boy she'll chew you up
Whoa here she comes
(Watch out)
She's a maneater
Oh here she comes
(She's a maneater)
Ooh, she'll chew you up
(Oh here she comes)
Here she comes, she's a maneater
(Oh here she comes)
(Watch out)
She'll only come out at night, ooh
(Oh here she comes)
Here she comes
She's a maneater
(Oh here she comes)
(She's a maneater)
The woman is wild ooh
(Oh here she comes)
Here she comes
Watch out boy, watch out boy
(Oh here she comes)
Oh, watch out, watch out, watch out, watch out
(Oh here she comes)
Yeah yeah she's a maneater

The advice you'd give to Jellal when Erza's on heat be like:
This song is nostalgic. It brings me right back to the 80's when I was a teenager. Man we had the best music.
I was a pre-teen in the 80s, and it was awesome......I envy you all who were teens in the early-mid 80's tho...
In my late teens being born in 80. 😊 still love this song..I got you on this one.💃💃💃💃
