But there are soooo many fun plastic bits! I legit thought of this channel as i took it apart, so i literally CAN send you the plastic bits! and they're definitely clean, so, double-win! awesome :D

Like many children I too was enamored with the original Megazord yet was unable to own one as a child. However I did manage to purchase the full set as an adult and have left it to sit towering atop a bookshelf in my room. Unnecessary personal lore aside, this is extra cool to me.

The holes in the end of the cannons act as a muzzle break, which lets some of the expanding gasses escape so that the cannon doesn't recoil so hard from the force of the gasses launching out the front. That way the gun firing doesn't flip the dinosaur on his back.
I swear this is like five videos in a row where I've searched "studson" to see if I missed an upload, only to have a new one uploaded the next day. This feels like too much power.

I make jewellery and sculptures with metal trash i find by the road, and I'm so glad there's other raccoons out there who can make use of the plastic trash that i can't. :D And what you make with it is astonishing!

This looks awesome!! I think one thing you need to consider is the weight and stability of this piece. Since it will eventually be the "leg" of the zord, it has to hold half of the weight. If you eventually decide to do the Dragonzord that would even be more weight. Just saying! Looking forward to the other pieces :)
May I just say that Return of Nut Jar is my very favorite lesser-used running gag/reference? Stipple That Goop is of course my favorite catchphrase, closely followed by "If it's gonna be hidden by another bit, then it's okay if it looks like [not good]!" But Return of Nut Jar always tickes me whenever I see it, I love it! But seriously, I love this! Darn, i cant believe i procrastinated watching for this long! Great video... however I can already see a problem with the stability of the megazord mode, why? Well, firstly he doesn't have heels which already affects his balance a lot, secondly because his feet are not completely flat he can tend to rock a lot, which can result in him tipping over, and I know it's just turning the megazord into a block without being able to move And maybe even if the megazord is a block, without articulation and such, it can still tip over because of these problems What I suggest is that you put a type of bumper in front of the zords that form the feet, which can be moved to turn the heels, and go with me, you'll have to find a way to give him heels, or else.... he falls into the floor. just a idea, but if you want you can do it But hey I could be wrong and the megazord could end up being super stable

The swiss cheese thing on the end of a gun is actually a shroud over the barrel called a heat shield. It prevents a person from burning themselves on the hot barrel from firing. In an application like this, there would be no need for a heat shield over the barrel, as it's unlikely a person will come into contact with it when it's hot.

The ladders are obviously there so Alpha and the maintenance crew don't have to jump several stories to do their job and possibly break their necks.
Lucky for alpha because he can get repaired. But unlucky for the maintenance crew who can't.

This is great trivia! I only recently discovered they were letters when starring at the zords for a while for this project. It's a nice subtle design.

The holes thing you're riffing on with the barrels is a heat shield :)
That's a muzzle break. A heat shield covers the barrel itself to keep you from touching the hot parts.
