Love the Forgotten Lore. Awesome as always! Very cool how you name-drop the cards when talking about appropriate moments in the story. Can't wait for the next one.
Thank you! I've always been interested in the story of Urza, and you are the only one who's ever been able to tell it to me. I love that you share the cards as you name them and build it into your story. I also think the split of story and play into different videos is working really well. I can't wait for your next one!
i actually never want this to end i love learning the story of magic but more so i love the way it is delivered!!! thanks evan for all you have done and do to keep the community great i would love to see you enter the HOF as the greatest historian of the game the players and the story alike!!!
This is incredibly well done. I would love something like this for some of the more current sets, as someone who is a very casual player and didn't really realize how much of a story goes into the specific cards. Like jargonaut77 says, the name-dropping of cards into the narrative is a nice touch.
+Ian Terada Most of the older sets were all lore which is why many of the sets are so unbalanced, have broken cards, or cards that are unplayable... lore above mechanics. This slowly changed through MtG's history where today, mechanics above lore is the theme.
Very good content. Thank you for sharing. Where are all the older magic people? All you magic content providers are so young. You guys make me feel so ancient.
+The Magic Show you are young to me. I am 51. When I was in high school there was no such thing as MTG. I have been playing since Alpha, 11 years after I graduated. ;)
+The Magic Show No, thank you! I'm getting an unbelievable deal at a dollar per show. I'm kinda ripping you off to be perfectly honest :) that's a lot of awesome for one dollar!
Man this was the golden age of MTG for me. Uzras block, masques, invasion block etc. One big woven story. Just great!
I love how you piece the cards together for continuity.
+David Beckner Thanks as always for your feedback David :)
Not even a Vorthos, but I cannot resist these videos at all. Fantastic stuff Evan.
URZAS is the best set in MTG HISTORY. Nuff said.

This was amazing, Evan. Congratulations, you're doing an excellent job with these.

These are really good. ty! But still, something is missing from the end!!!!!!
Karn and Jhoira were secret lovers? Tha'ts kind of creepy..
All will be one.
They don't make sets now like they used to
Working the names of all the cards into the story is super annoying.
