GiaNina is the 2nd most underrated dancer (first is Nia imo) because she’s the most versatile dancer on the Season 8 team but the only attention she gets is people calling her a brat simply because she spoke up against Abby’s awful behavior.

You go go girl was not bad at all! To me even the costume looked good. I feel like if they didn't show that it was ABBY'S hair piece, people wouldn't hate. If it was newly brought piece, and it was fastened in better, no one would care about it
The fact she could practise it on a small board showed how little she travelled in that dance, it didn't have a story line, her tapping hadn't really progressed from when she started with tap, she just did an annoying smirk face expression the whole time, I think the weave just epitomised the whole dance, not very good.

I disagree with opinion 10: I really felt something while Maddie was dancing, and her technique was amazing tho: knee drop, turns, leaps (airtime 🤩)... Ava did really good tho, but for me, Maddie deserved the win. I disagree with only one other opinion, I Love Malani duets !

Pressley is honestly might be one of the best dancers on dance moms not technically but in s8 she grew so much and if you watch some of her old solos with her solos now her dancing is incredible and she is probably one of the best (if not the best) emotional dancer

Ughhh My Name in Lights is sooo underrated!! Soaring is one of Chloe’s worst solos (not her fault, they were clearly phoning in that choreo) and Kamryn literally fell so I have no idea how it placed so low
Abby’s favouritism really annoys me. Maddie is fabulous there’s no doubt about it and I can see why Abby loved her but if she gave all the other girls the same opportunities to grow and improve then she could all be just as good, if not better, than her

Unless Nia did Goodbye Maya she would’ve gotten annihilated at nationals. I totally agree with Ava vs Maddie opinion. Idk how no one sees the clear technical differences. Maddie had several technical issues that should’ve been fixed like two to three years prior.

My advice would just be to go for it! You definitely don't need to have the fanciest editor to start (I still use iMovie lol). I would also recommend trying to come up with original ideas and doing collabs with other channels because it seems like most viewers enjoy those types of videos. If you're into making intros, audioswaps etc. I would also recommend joining comps. I don't personally do them myself, but I've heard it's a good way to get noticed and there are always a lot of comps to join! Probably the best advice I could give would be to not worry about your sub count too much. I'm still pretty new to this myself, but this is what I found most useful when starting my channel 💜✨I hope I helped!
Great video! I honestly agree so much with your point about Pressley and GiaNina! I felt that Gia was a beautiful dancer and she had a lot of technique, Pressley was good, but I thought in the duet that Gia did better too. I also agreed beyond compare with Nia getting a S4 Nationals Solo! Her (and Paige but she had gone by now) hadn't had a solo at Nationals and the show kept pinning Chloe, Kendall, and Nia against on another in different combos anyway, it would've made for a better showdown than Kamryn esp since she lost to Chloe TWICE proving TWICE that Chloe ate and Abby was just trying to ruin her. I will say though, "My Name In Lights" ended up where I kinda believe it should have for her age division (2nd in Junior Solo), but I felt 9th overall was pretty low. Win? No, I don't think I would say that, but 9th overall? I think it should be in the top 5 for sure. I love your vids!

1) Hannah is a beautiful dancer. ALDC didn't seem like a healthy environment for her, though. She didn't improve, nor was her talent properly showcased. However, that sweet girl could not pull off the psychotic Hannibal Lecter. Only Anthony Hopkins can nail that role. 2) Agreed! 3) I loved the facials, so yes. 4) Agreed! Also, the roles in that solo should have been reversed. Pressley looked like a little girl, not a mother. 5) I didn't like it. 6) I like them because Abby/Gianna bothered to conceive good choreography. 7) It was lovely. Paige is the most underrated dancer on the show. Like her talent is so overlooked. She had the hands down worst choreography out of anybody on the show imo. She has no dances where she can show her true talent. She pulls off every single dance handed to her to the best of her ability. She treated Paige like she was nothing. Paige could've come to Maddie and Chloes level if Abby worked with her. Her anxiety didn't help the fact. Paige has so much talent and it was all overlooked.

I agree with EVERYTHING! Except #7, I don’t really have an opinion on Reagan lol. But “No matter” what is PAINFULLY underrated but was sooooooo good. I also don’t like watching Malani duets for the EXACT reason you named. Idk what it is but those two together does absolutely nothing for me. I don’t feel chemistry at all. They’re always perfectly in sync yet I still see two soloists😭. I always go back to Claddie. “Confessions” does more for me than any Malani duet. Even with it being their last duet and Chloe not really considering Maddie as a friend at the time anymore

Agree: I do love this solo and can’t believe it came 10th, but the name is slightly weird Agree: I love Nia in seasons 4+ and think she deserved a solo at nationals COMPLETELY AGREE: I love tap and I think this solo gets wayyyyy to much hate. I’m not sure: I do think that they are both equally strong dancers, and I do (imo) think that gia is the stronger dancer. But I think they both danced equally in that performance. Ok, I love Gia as a dancer but I think Press deserved the jacket. Her musicality is amazing. She has a lot of stamina. Don't get me wrong I loved Gia and she definitely outperformed Press but I just think that after all Pressley has been through in the show she deserved the jacket. I hated how everyone called Gia a brat when other members had more bratty moments than her. IMO they both should have gotten the jacket. Lilly Gia and Press and also Brady deserved it ( They are my fav dancers on the S8 team lol but I love sav too it's sad she left)
I agree that Kendall or Kamryn should have beaten Chloe. I’m happy that Chloe proved herself to Abby but if I was the judge, I would have given the higher score to Kamryn or Kendall

I don't love it and don't hate it. it's another really strange abby solos but was just executed better by Hannah than one of the OG's could've done it. definitely should've been better than 10th but not top 3 2. yes. Nia always deserved solos; in seasons 3-4 she improved immensely and it was evident in the group dances as well as any solos she had. plus she was capable of performing fresh and interesting choreography (and not just lyrical) which is what abby loved to bring to nationals 3. eh, it's definitely far from Maddie's best solo and nothing about the costume flattered her or the number. I don't outright hate it but it's not a good number 4. they both should have! Gia and Pressley are both amazing and were probably my favorites (beside Brady) on the S8 team. but since only one of them was to get it that week, I think it should've been Gia too 5. yes. most of Nia's solos are way underrated. she is one of the best performers on the team (aside Paige) and always got into character really well. she wasn't the best technique wise in earlier seasons but she always worked the hardest and it showed 6. yes. I think they are too emotionally forced in their performances and it looks like they are competing for attention while on the stage instead of being cohesive and dancing together 7. no opinion- didn't watch season 7 8. I didn't see this season, but I personally love her acting in jazz dances like Yum Yum a lot 9. I didn't see it (again) but from the looks of it in these clips the music and choreography was bad 10. YES! Ava was beautiful and everything really flattered her in this dance. the costume allowed her long lines to be shown off and she used emotions well. Maddie's costume was awful, and it seemed like she didn't really connect with the piece 11. the song really is awful haha but again I didn't see it on the show 12. didn't see it (can you tell I didnt watch seasons 6 and 7) 13. disagree, I think it works to have Lilly because she looks like she could be a younger sister and I believe that's what it was supposed to be (an older and younger sister), Gia and Hannah would have looked like twins or best friends instead of sisters 14. yes, easily!! as stated in earlier seasons the ALDC is not a hip hop studio (I believe Christi noted in season 3 that they don't even offer hip hop classes there) so it makes sense that non-OG's were good at hip hop. Maesi is also just really entertaining to watch 15.disagree, I think it should've placed higher than 10th but it was a run of the mill Kendall jazz solo that she happened to perform better that day. Soaring and Fate were definitely better nationals material

I love Malani duets, they're so breathtaking together! Especially Two Sapphires! I also really really love Ease On Down the Boulevard. I'm not a dancer, so all I need is something entertaining and that dance is extremely fun to watch. My unpopular opinion: Claddie duets are overrated. The only one that really wowed me was Inside of Me. I feel like people think two dancers being friends automatically make them the best duet partners. Same can be said of Chloe and Paige duets. People like them mainly because they like Chloe and Paige's friendship.

The fact she could practise it on a small board showed how little she travelled in that dance, it didn't have a story line, her tapping hadn't really progressed from when she started with tap, she just did an annoying smirk face expression the whole time, I think the weave just epitomised the whole dance, not very good.

Hi! I was thinking about starting a dm channel. Any tips?
My advice would just be to go for it! You definitely don't need to have the fanciest editor to start (I still use iMovie lol). I would also recommend trying to come up with original ideas and doing collabs with other channels because it seems like most viewers enjoy those types of videos. If you're into making intros, audioswaps etc. I would also recommend joining comps. I don't personally do them myself, but I've heard it's a good way to get noticed and there are always a lot of comps to join! Probably the best advice I could give would be to not worry about your sub count too much. I'm still pretty new to this myself, but this is what I found most useful when starting my channel 💜✨I hope I helped!

Great video! I honestly agree so much with your point about Pressley and GiaNina! I felt that Gia was a beautiful dancer and she had a lot of technique, Pressley was good, but I thought in the duet that Gia did better too. I also agreed beyond compare with Nia getting a S4 Nationals Solo! Her (and Paige but she had gone by now) hadn't had a solo at Nationals and the show kept pinning Chloe, Kendall, and Nia against on another in different combos anyway, it would've made for a better showdown than Kamryn esp since she lost to Chloe TWICE proving TWICE that Chloe ate and Abby was just trying to ruin her. I will say though, "My Name In Lights" ended up where I kinda believe it should have for her age division (2nd in Junior Solo), but I felt 9th overall was pretty low. Win? No, I don't think I would say that, but 9th overall? I think it should be in the top 5 for sure. I love your vids!

1) Hannah is a beautiful dancer. ALDC didn't seem like a healthy environment for her, though. She didn't improve, nor was her talent properly showcased. However, that sweet girl could not pull off the psychotic Hannibal Lecter. Only Anthony Hopkins can nail that role.

Paige is the most underrated dancer on the show. Like her talent is so overlooked. She had the hands down worst choreography out of anybody on the show imo. She has no dances where she can show her true talent. She pulls off every single dance handed to her to the best of her ability. She treated Paige like she was nothing. Paige could've come to Maddie and Chloes level if Abby worked with her. Her anxiety didn't help the fact. Paige has so much talent and it was all overlooked.

I also don’t like watching Malani duets for the EXACT reason you named. Idk what it is but those two together does absolutely nothing for me. I don’t feel chemistry at all. They’re always perfectly in sync yet I still see two soloists😭. I always go back to Claddie. “Confessions” does more for me than any Malani duet. Even with it being their last duet and Chloe not really considering Maddie as a friend at the time anymore

I’m not sure: I do think that they are both equally strong dancers, and I do (imo) think that gia is the stronger dancer. But I think they both danced equally in that performance.

Ok, I love Gia as a dancer but I think Press deserved the jacket. Her musicality is amazing. She has a lot of stamina. 2. yes. Nia always deserved solos; in seasons 3-4 she improved immensely and it was evident in the group dances as well as any solos she had. plus she was capable of performing fresh and interesting choreography (and not just lyrical) which is what abby loved to bring to nationals
3. eh, it's definitely far from Maddie's best solo and nothing about the costume flattered her or the number. I don't outright hate it but it's not a good number
4. they both should have! Gia and Pressley are both amazing and were probably my favorites (beside Brady) on the S8 team. but since only one of them was to get it that week, I think it should've been Gia too
5. yes. most of Nia's solos are way underrated. she is one of the best performers on the team (aside Paige) and always got into character really well. she wasn't the best technique wise in earlier seasons but she always worked the hardest and it showed
6. yes. I think they are too emotionally forced in their performances and it looks like they are competing for attention while on the stage instead of being cohesive and dancing together

8. I didn't see this season, but I personally love her acting in jazz dances like Yum Yum a lot
9. I didn't see it (again) but from the looks of it in these clips the music and choreography was bad
10. YES! Ava was beautiful and everything really flattered her in this dance. the costume allowed her long lines to be shown off and she used emotions well. Maddie's costume was awful, and it seemed like she didn't really connect with the piece

13. disagree, I think it works to have Lilly because she looks like she could be a younger sister and I believe that's what it was supposed to be (an older and younger sister), Gia and Hannah would have looked like twins or best friends instead of sisters
14. yes, easily!! as stated in earlier seasons the ALDC is not a hip hop studio (I believe Christi noted in season 3 that they don't even offer hip hop classes there) so it makes sense that non-OG's were good at hip hop. Maesi is also just really entertaining to watch
15.disagree, I think it should've placed higher than 10th but it was a run of the mill Kendall jazz solo that she happened to perform better that day. Soaring and Fate were definitely better nationals material

I love Malani duets, they're so breathtaking together! Especially Two Sapphires! I also really really love Ease On Down the Boulevard. I'm not a dancer, so all I need is something entertaining and that dance is extremely fun to watch.
My unpopular opinion: Claddie duets are overrated. The only one that really wowed me was Inside of Me. I feel like people think two dancers being friends automatically make them the best duet partners. Same can be said of Chloe and Paige duets. People like them mainly because they like Chloe and Paige's friendship.
