This game needs 4vs2 so bad for invasions, hell, even in an open world map like Redmane Castle or Limgrave, I believe it could be possible to have 3vs6 invasions since the maps are so huge. Not only that but if there'll be more max players in a world, it would be possible to hosts FCs so we could duel to grind out the fundamentals of this game like timing, spacing and weapons's priorities.
4 vs 2 is definitely not going to get rid of scummy redmane ganks. 99% of Invaders can’t deal with those in a 3vs1 scenarios and 4 vs 2 is just one more person spamming sleepbolts at you, while you desperately wait for another red to spawn. That’s not me saying most invaders are trash, it’s me saying busted stuff in Eldenring is beyond busted if used in groups.
Is a 3v2 really too easy for you all ? Would it be too easy for the average red, dare I say for the newbie invaders too ? Basing it on performances would be nice.
@@glatykoffi6672it’s made easier with all the VERY strong burst damage setups which make turn and burn (the invader special) MUCH more viable than in any other title (even bloodborne). Most of the ER invaders are long time DS3 invaders who dealt with the MOST cancer shit I’ve ever seen, just watch some of jee’s last DS3 vids for examples, unscaled max levels, estrus refillers, bow glitchers, Havel dragons, the list goes on. Needless to say that yes 3 v 2s are generally much easier in ER
Honestly 4 v 2 was the dumbest thing In dark souls 3 I know Jee and some tryhards like that but I completely hate that idea. Why would an average invader like me go against 4 shitters and when an idiot red joins so that it becomes 5 v 1? Stop asking for 4 v 2s please
@@SimpleGratia yeah, i've been thinking about it, there's a lot of things with a huge AoE, from AoW like bloodboon ritual (Mogh Spear), Waves of darkness, Starcaller cry (Radanh's GS), etc. to spells, especially incantations such as erdtree heal, dragon breaths, fortissax lightning spear, death lightning that will benefit the most to gank squads. the game needs some balance about this stuff if we want a higher player limit.
Takes balls to upload those defeats but makes wins so much satisfying.
From's biggest mistake was releasing the game on the older generations, which alongsides the wildly unbalanced AoW and the lack of covenants results in this complete mess of a PVP Souls experience

This gank squad reminds me of a group I fought a while back who called themselves the Primitives, they all had the frog mask on and used clubs of varying sizes. Two of them were wearing the fur set and one of them just had the fire prelate set on. Was probably one of my favorite invasions

I too love fights that are 90% running and waiting for a chance to engage without dying immediately.

Arcane is so busted, tried level 80-100 invasions and there were so many overlevelled phantoms as well as hosts running arcane builds.
It's mostly because it's extremely good in PvE that it carries over into PvP. It's annoying to deal with sure, but you can roll out of the bleed proc at the least
@@Ghost-fc9hw problem is you go from like 300 robustness to 210 because of less levels, less endurance and less armour and it activates so much more often.

I stopped playing PvP in Elden Ring because there’s absolutely no reward for invading. You’re treated like you’re an asshole for trying to engage in it. You don’t get anything beyond souls, which at a certain point doesn’t matter. You don’t even get rewarded by using skill, because baby-brained dweebs can just gang up on you (since you can never get a 1v1).

realistically no one cares if you get an outplay clip, all they care about is if they kill you at least once. The more you engage with them the more you let them win
