I died to literally everything in this mode -Accidental jumping off pits -Getting crushed by idk how many things -Regular enemies -Bosses (namely Woods, Kracko, Hyness and the Mages) -Jumping off pits to reset puzzles I've seen it all
@Beep-t5m some of the puzzles are so easy to do but since some of them require fast reactions, some players choose to oof to redo the level cause tbh in a blind play through, getting all 100 hearts for the Mage Sisters is a bit tough

i can't be the only one who struggled on that one room with the friend wheel, jumping on those slopes. at least i got a party of dream friends out of it.

Even though this song plays frequently plays in this new mode, I have not got tired of it. Really helps that this Medley last a long while before the loop.
When I heard this theme I said oh cool the final level theme of KRtD is remixed but then the one from KTD appears and I freaked out then the finale level theme from KPR appears and I’m still gushing over the last two And then the final level theme of this theme plays and I say “OKAY THIS THEME IS FINAL KIRBY GAME MATERIAL. I fangasmed when I heard beautiful prison while playing the game while chatting with my friends who were also playing at the same time as me. Too bad they all skipped Triple Deluxe.
Realizing this song is a medley of the modern era games final stage themes (plus rainbow resort) made the difficulty much more tolerable for me, especially after I heard Beautiful Prison kick in. It's my favorite stage theme in the whole series
This theme is perfection. Seriously, a wonderful melody of Infinite Power (Return to Dream Land), Beautiful Prison (Triple Deluxe), L86/Virtual Dimension (Planet Robobot), and Rainbow Resort (Adventure/Nightmare in Dream Land). And then there's 4:10-4:33, and that's when I seriously ask myself, what more could you want in a theme?
HAL really listens to its fans and critics. Both said the game is a little too easy so they went ahead and made this little funhouse just to show us what they could have put us through early on!
I will try to discover the significance of these remixes have in this place (Besides all of them being a final level music from previous Kirby games together in a single medley here.): *Infinite Power:* It gives you vibes the dimension you and your allies are is full with powerful enemies. *Beautiful Prison:* Tries to intimidate's the heroes in the dimension there are, this place is not gonna forgive intruders. *Virtual Dimension/L86:* Basically represents all the madness there is Inside Another Dimension. *Rainbow Resort:* Well, this one is more harder to get, I guess it reprents the chills of this place? You know, Kirby and company are technically in space, and space is really, really cold and that... or also it can represents the colorful backgrounds of the place, just like the levels in Rainbow Resort.
Maybe with Rainbow Resort, it’s just best friends trying their absolute hardest to calm each other down, would explain why the Rainbow Resort part isn’t playing just Rainbow Resort, having another thing in the background

Daroach: Get in there, Spinni. Spinni: I'm coming for that Heart. Just ease my way through the crack... * Cuts the rope * Daroach: Yes! Come to Papa! * Gets crushed by platform * *DED* Later after respawn Magolor: * Kills a bunch of enemies with Ultra Sword and cuts rope in the process * Daroach: You mean I just got crushed to death when you could've done that the entire time? the kirby devs had to be playing hollow knight when making this new mode, it's tough, has ridiculous precision platforming, and a trio of bosses take you on at once now. not unlike the mantis lords in hollow knight's godmaster dlc, where all 3 of them attack you at once!
God, this music gave me PTSD of that cutter and Susie’s part of the puzzle… Also uh…. I actually gave up on that Cutter puzzle that i just decided to… cheat with Daroach’s ice shot
So I guess the parts that make up this theme have something to do with Another Dimension, or at least other worlds. Infinite power plays in Another Dimension. Sectonia and Taranza had the Dimension Mirror. The virtual dimension is likely an attempt by Susie to recreate Another Dimension. The Star rod was likely made by the ancients, which live in Another Dimension.

Ik this is an old comment but it wasn’t really a 1 time area. It was a MAJOR part of Rtdl and it was in atleast every other level
Most likely the developers especially Kumazaki knew it probably play an integral role in the lore going forward.

True Kirby difficulty. The regular enemies are still pussies but the collecting is unforgiving and the bosses are tough as nails.

The Star rod was likely made by the ancients, which live in Another Dimension.
