Eaglehawk is a bad suburb and looked down upon by many Bendigo residents. I bought a property there in 2017, despite advices from many of my friends. I was so glad I did not listen to them. This property is now worth more than double. Unfortunately, most Asians, particularly the Chinese still think Regional is Shit. To most of them, it is : Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane/Gold Coast. The rest of the markets are not worth buying.

They will start filling some, but all the new ones getting built will continue to struggle with vacancies
