well, it's not recommended to have the rotary in front of the machine like in the video. It's better to have it portable along Y axis (takes place of X). So in this case, this machine price at 15400 USD. Email me and I can send you more details. instantlx@gmail.com
feed rate can be 10m/min or hgiher, the real working speed is slower than this, usually 6m or so. Plunge rate is 1m/min usually. as long as the machine is strong enough and the cutting bit is sharp enough, you can set the feed rate bigger. The machine will achieve your setting as much as it can.

How much did you set plunge rate and feed rate
