Feeling ahhhmazing after this workout💪💥 Soooo good!!! Superset 4 was probably my favorite...I'm loving the strength I'm feeling in my legs🦵 I've worked out most of my life and perimenopause had me feeling so tired and like my legs were sooo weak. HRT, thyroid medication and continuing to do my best working out is paying off!!! I'm feeling great🙏❣ Thank you Penny for an awesome workout💛

Great workout mix penny, love combo moves and keeping heart rate up❤❤❤burpee combos with pushups are always great. Love fed it all.👸🏼
