I didn’t try this nisi system yet, but I’m using Haida magnetic system with 1-5 and 5 to 9. So far it’s great, magnet is super powerful, hard stops, no color shift. But this nisi worth a try definitely.
I find that I am not using filters much and when I do I only use 1 or 2. I also love my Kase filters and am not going to change for that reason...that I only really use 1 or 2 filters anymore. thanks for sharing...
If I buy the VND 1-5 and then the Nisi CPL, can I use them together? Or its just this Swift system that allows to stick them together?! I need to know this because I want Nisi and I need a VND + a CPL, to shoot outside. Thanks
Heya TKNORTH, great content, bought myself the same System. Colors are amazing. Need to ask you something. Video 0 vignetting from 24mm nothing. With Stills I got pretty severe vignetting with only 2 VND filters on it 1-5 and additional 4 stops from 24mm to about 33,34mm. Curious If you had any vignetting in stills. Lovely Content. Keep it up.
Hey, great video! May I ask if you tested the VND 1-5 filter alone on a wide angle lens and if so how did it perform in terms of any vignetting please?
Thanks so much! Sorry for the slow reply, but just with the variable 1-5 alone you can shoot as wide as 16mm. When stacking the additional 4 stop on, making it 5-9 you can still shoot as wide as 18mm.
I currently use PolarPro CPL's and Mist filter's, and I do automotive photography so the CPL is super crucial. However i love the look of the mist filter in daylight shots. When I use both of those on my 24-70 tamron I get really bad vignetting in the corners, with a CPL and Mist NiSi combo is there vignette?
Unfortunately I don't own a CPL for my NiSi swift setup. But I will say even with the variable 1-5 ND stacked with the additional 4 stop ND stacked again with the mist filter, even with these 3 stacked you can still shoot as wide as 23mm without any vignetting occurring.
@@TKNORTH Someone just needs to make a CPL + Mist filter combo lol. But with 3 filters you didn't experience any vignetting? I guess that's a good sign... Too bad I can't return my polar pro filters :p
@@tophmedia haha I know that feeling! With those 3 stacked together there is some vignetting but only quite wide, so I'd get some on my 15-35mm lens but only up to about 23mm! Past that is all good.
Do anybody else have that markings are on the bottom of the lens? This is a 400 usd system. At least I expect to feel comfortable looking at what stop I am taking photos
@sherk.jpeg A sales person at the local camera store introduced me to NiSi. I was hesitant on purchasing but this filter kit is definitely persuading me!
Love the videos that you make man! I bought the 50 1.2 recently because I wanted a shallower depth of field and was inspired after watching your travel pack video. @Chriskim_photo
Just getting started in photography, have been considering some filters but no idea which way to go with them. This would solve that problem. @the_everyman_diaries
They look really good the filters, I think I am gonna buy them!
Now I have the Freewell 2-5 /6-9 vnd filters.
Have you tried the cpl for the swift swift system yet?
That black mist is amazing
I purchased the black mist a while back and really do love it!

Is 1-5 just screw on filter or there is a way to use it as quick release one?
Thanls for you review. So what adapter ring do you need if you want to use a 77 mm filter on a 72 mm lens?

so nice and soft!
Just like you bro 😉
Is it posible to combine the CPL true color with this set ??
I have a Nisi screw on 10 stop ND and screw on Nisi true colour cpl filter. Can I use them with this Swift system?
Heyyy man thanks for this video 🥰🥰 nisi did 2 in 1 cpl and nd filter ?

Looks sick! Bring it to Japan 🇯🇵 haha 😅
Oh bro I will be!!! Lessssgo 🇯🇵
Is there a lot of ir pollution?
Yes but no cpl
i think it’s great but $410 is way too big a price, even the 1-9 stop only is about $300 which is crazy
Nisi filters are awesome. I have been using nisi v5 system for last couple of years for my landscape photography. Quality stuff. @sibi_john__
