It's called the 'That's why I like you' trait or something. 9:40 Remember Wind Breaker? This is such a spitting image from episode 2. Try & figure it out. Other than that, I could sense a little Blue Lock vibes from this rivalry as well. 12:17 Too many losing heroines is the anime for you then. Episodic crying guaranteed if you know what I mean.

Blue Box is still on going, and is nearing 170 chapters with no sign of ending any time soon probably not getting any hard resolutions with this season. We do know though that this is going to be a two season show and if I were to guess will cover content up through volume 8 so a lot of great stuff is going to get adapted. I will say that one of my favorite things about the series, and you can see it in this episode, is it doesn't leave things hanging. They could have left Haryu as a potential romantic rival for a while, but they don't. When something gets focus it will probably get resolution in the near future and as someone who consumes a bunch of romance series the pacing of the series and how things develop between the cast is just fantastic. You're going to have a ton of fun with how things go.

@@electricant55 its probably the best romance manga out there, its being animated by cloverworks so it already looks amazing, all the characters are fleshed out and they all feel like actual people. You have some romcom tropes but every part of this manga is like actually grounded in reality. And the name is only like that because the two main leads names meaning: Kaoruko(to be fragrant) and rintarou (dignified)
