I love how in the scene where she tells him she's been wondering if he's been sleeping in her bed he looks at the cat like she was talking to it and not him.

"I wish I could invent a method to forget" Keats and his poetry but since "there is holiness to heart affections" and "truth is beauty and beauty truth", therefore, no matter how hard I try to forget you, "you will always be young" with your "heard melodies sweet and unheard sweater". I am not gay but I love and respect you and your "imortal" work.

I believe it was a part of their agreement. Which included no words and pretending he was going to return in the spring. Or maybe a determination not to accept his approaching death.

    SPOILERS!
if you're thinking about the scene that i'm thinking of (i wont say more since it might spoil things in case you haven't seen the full thing) i think it was because the scene before he says "lets say goodbye now" and then in the morning says "don't say anything". I think she just left so he wouldn't see her reaction or she wouldn't be tempted to say something and ruin their perfect good-bye from the night before...that's just what i think.

Can anyone tell me the name of the piece of music playing at the 1:00 mark and unfortunately gets cut off in the editing on this video! It was the best piece of music in the film and it is not on the soundtrack. I am in love with it....

This movie confused me so much like did she love him? Mr. brown and her would go back n forth and she does collect suitors lol and she lies about knowing things. Honestly I just want the song title in the background but can’t find it so I just watch this scene to hear it smh

You have now assumed that I am boring, that I have a poor attention span, that I need a shallow emotional payoff every 10 minutes just because I didn't like this movie, you have no idea who I am or what I'm about. Just get over it, I have the right to my opinion and no matter what names you call me, the movie was still terrible in my opinion. There are many, many movies similar to this one that I loved which is why I went to see this. I think you just need to calm down and get a grip dood.

  • @jtriniti

This movie sucked! It was honestly the most boring cinema experience I have ever encountered.

813Ellen I think you r wrong. I read that after his death she wore black for years, didn't marry until she was 28 and the man she married was 19 or 20. She also kept the letters he had written her for years and never revealed them until her death to her children but never her husband. I don't think she ever really moved on in her heart.!

people were walking out of the movie as I watched, I tried to hang in to the end but I couldn't do it. The whole system is corrupt, people give great reviews for money and/or favors so it makes no difference to me who reviewed it favorably. The proof is in the pudding and the pudding was most unpleasant unfortunately. I really wanted to like this movie, I grew up a mile from Hampstead and I love period movies but this was horrible, it's the first time in my life I have walked out of a theater.

  • @jtriniti

hahaha.. That was mature! The movie still sucked.
