At this exact point in time English Mushoku has fallen off a tad due to the prevalence of other board-based decks such as Sword Art Online Alice and Tensura Mjurran. Mushoku also currently has a restriction list, limiting your usage of the 2/1 Rudeus counter and 2/2 Ghislaine in the same deck. Overall, I think if you know the meta very well and build your list accordingly Mushoku still has some play, but has several unfavorable matchups against other popular decks right now.
