I worked @ Systems from 1996-2001. Only once my salary was delayed for a couple of days because Aezaz sb was out of town. This alone (knowing Pakistani job market) is a huge indicator about its founders & leadership team. May Allah make this company a role model for success, and may Allah shower his blessings on Aezaz sb

5:59 This is so true, I personally have experienced that. Still this day I have deep respect for SL and it's ethos, and I am trying to help grow their business in the geography I am in right now (Australia).
Sir you should also look at bpo sector they are firing employees without any reason amongst which i am also a part
