    Quite frankly the only appropriate sanction for this blatant violation is disbarment so they can never practice law again in the United States. The courts need to send a message to these large law firms who work for rich clients the laws also apply to them.

    To the person questioning AArons credibility by criticizing Tony , clearly you don't know his history of stabbing people in the back . The Jane does after the first trial asked Tony to sit in some info cuz it could interfere with the decision for retrial on Danny . He basically told them F off and rushed to Chris Shelton's channel to interview a juror from that trial. Turns out that juror lied as well as had an axe to grind with the DA ,this juror said he didn't think another trial would get a conviction. " I'm editorializing " The Jane doe's just needed a week or two .Tony has also published info gotten thru anonymous sources only to purposely screw those people and publish their names Not to mention some people making it clear that their comments are OFF THE RECORD , he puts it on the record with names and opened those people up to harassment torment . He's unscrupulous . AAron has always protected victims and their right to stay anonymous.this is just a small portion of the betrayals Tony has done .There's so much shit behind the scenes that Tony has done exploiting people and their stories

      Ortega took a draft from Hollywood Fixer Paul Barresi, who has confessed to witnesses that he killed people, in order to say they can be knocked off too, so it's worse than just complaints.. it's an exploitation cycle, and he took info that the Fixer knew of emails of the victims to lawyers

    1) Dishonorable intent.

    This is wild! How scary for those jurors. I was a juror on a sex trafficking case at that very courthouse a few years ago. The defense and prosecutor do have the voir dire forms that have the name, occupation and general location of residence (ex. Northeast Los Angeles). We were scared of being followed to our cars, too, but nothing ever happened.

    Scientology scales of justice - AAron gets arrested for “Felony Stalking”on the most famous street in the world in broad daylight while being attacked by a Scientology plant, all filmed by onlookers.
    Scientology hired PI’s secretly follow covert jurors to their homes and workplaces, photograph and record their daily routines (so that lawyers know when to strike) and report all information back to Scientology paid lawyers in a case where they are still trying to defend a guilty “R”ist who had violently SA’d their own “parishioners.”

    Every State keeps a record of who is running license plates. Have the State do a search on the jurors license plates to see who, if anyone, ran them. Then do a background on whoever ran them, and see what ties they have. If there are any hurdles with the State in getting this information, the Judge could order the State to release this information to the court.

  • @KristiLovelady
    @KristiLovelady 16 часов назад +9

    This has a chilling effect on anyone who's serving on a jury for murder, violent gang activity, etc. The jurors' personal info should be protected. I've been on two juries where the judge allowed jurors to stay after the verdict (if they wanted to) and speak with defense attorney or prosecutor. No one did though. We performed our service and that was it.

    @~ 12:19 That sounds a lot like criminal stalking. Once word gets out that this gets allowed to happen and watch how many people show up when called for jury duty . . . not going to happen. Or worse, it won't be the king of the keebler elves intimidating jurors but some gangbanger clearing out witnesses for his friend on trial. This needs to be dealt with swiftly and harshly.

    There is no level of low, that CoS and TO won't go! They are match made in the gutter. FYI: In Canada, jurors are prohibited by law from making any public comments about their deliberations or their reasons for a verdict. Even if they wanted to, they can't talk to, or be contacted by the attorneys or the press. The penalty for jurors violating this, could be up to 6 mths in jail and/or $5,000 fine.

    What does the code of civil procedure have to do with this criminal (not civil) case? Plus nothing said in this video shows harassment. Aaron tends to dramatic well beyond the evidence. You should know that prosecutors always try to sully the reputation of defense attorneys. Perhaps it should be observed that the 6th amendment guarantees the right to counsel. This is an essential right, that right wingers, prosecutors and judges tend not to believe the importance of. (Incidentally, before the mob descends on me, I despise the "church" of scientology. But the rule of law should break down when you want to get someone. That is, at least until Matt Gaetz becomes Attorney General.
