Appreciate the comment man! Unfortunately I'm not from the US and I'm not clued up enough with the UPSL to provide any advice. What I would say is you want to try and get yourself in a position where you are playing with and against player's better than yourself. That's the main thing id look for. On top of that, having good coaches there, good training sessions, good facilities etc. Wish you the best of luck bro 💙💙

Hi mate. Not everything has to be organic. Obviously it is better if it is, but I wouldn't stress too much as long as the foods you are eating are healthy and not totally made of artificial ingredients.
The main thing is that you get enough protein and carbohydrates daily. That's 80% of it. Getting the right carbohydrates (eg rice instead of sweets is also important). Then micronutrients are also important, but I wouldn't stress too much until you've got the main 80% spot on.
App is the "Train Effective App". Really find it useful for tactical and mental sides of the game. My top advice is to become knowledgeable on what you need to do to succeed, and then find the drive from within to go out and put in the work.
