Good question, I honestly don't know lol. I'm pretty sure it starts at King Dice himself, but I've seen a bunch of people stream and get several minutes, like it was counting from the get go. It could be a bug or something as well!
I have an s as Well, and we used almost the same strategy, except that I roll Russian lady instead of the 8 ball, and I only use peashooter. GG! And I used the beam and just hovered when I dashed and there was a 4 gap
@@idfkam That would be impossible because going for every boss would exceed the time requirement necessary for an S rank which I believe is under 3 or 4 minutes.
I'm not sure what happened here, I'm guessing it was some bug where it only calculated the time I spent fighting King Dice himself. I would imagine it was fixed in the recent patch
It's not a hack just like it wasn't a hack in Contra 3 on Super Nintendo. I'm not cheating, I'm just using the tools the game gives you to do more damage :)
In the original version of the game, you could quickly swap weapons to do more damage by shortening the weapon reload time. It has been been patched out, but felt like Contra III Alien Wars on SNES in terms of how the mechanic played out :o)

When I used the Super Art 1 on him, the King Dice freezes his attack, and stopped throwing cards on me. And I just beat him because of this not intentional glitch. Now I want to beat him honestly, without any glitches.
