Cute bag. Love the fabric. If you measure and mark all pieces, then construct the lining pieces first before attaching to the outer piece and zipper, it will be easier and inside seams can be hidden. Also, press those seams for a clean finish. Overall, a nice tutorial. Thank you.

I was thinking the same thing. Less raw edges and much easier to see on a flat piece of fabric. Maybe it was an afterthought.

I would also divide the elasticised compartment into two. And the interfacing could be stiffer.

Nice demo of pouch.
I just feel that stitching the two pockets to the two main pieces of cloth earlier, would be much, much more easier than stitching them later......ie. after the pouch is almost ready.
