The return of the 426 Daytona

Here we go in a ride along in Troy Hawkes’ 1969 426 Daytona!! The first video of his burnout had some viewers wanting another video of the Daytona, and here we are! Keep in mind the 426 is mostly a stock unit with the addition of headers and stronger ignition if memory serves me right. It really doesn’t sound like any of the other MOPARS I’ve ridden in, sounds more like a race car, not to mention it had no problem breaking the rear tires loose any time Troy leaned on the gas pedal, even while moving along.
