Would love a video on training for bike packing races. Generally, these races are 3 plus days where the clock never stops...

But 30/30s are ALWAYS miserable! You just hit higher numbers as you get better. Great video, interesting discussion.

Chuck Glider I found a great way of making 30/30s less miserable. I recently took up 30/15s. Suddenly 30/30s aren’t that bad.

What about training yourself so you actually have your sprint at the end of a race? I don't mind if its 1 or 200W's off compared to fresh but quite often I'm so cooked(which I don't realise up until i start my sprint and my legs full of lactic acid don't work), I'm down 4 to 500W's so of course I get swamped. I must say I generally focus on VO2max and longer 20min+ efforts though so my anaerobic system probably needs some work.

Hi guys good vid. Is this kinda stuff built into the app?
I've got my "base" fitness level up, my diet is pretty good, and exercise feels more like fun than work.
Does the trainer road app take these higher level talks and go down into the actual workouts?

The Personal Records chart is built right into the app; you can learn about it here:
