lets hope it stays open... i mean it is not a dirty seedy club. it is basically a concert venue.. but the huge problem i see is that it is in the beaches.. honestly this is no hate... imagine all of the complaints honestly it is going to get from people in the neighborhood like the beaches ?? I can just see it... it says it houses how many people? 2500 now imagine a small troop of 2400 outside smoking, drunk, high or all loud going through the neighborhood at 12 am or 2 am? nice venue, looks wicked but honestly ... rebel has a better idea... isolated away from city which also makes it dangerous. This venue wants to be posh and nice but how is it going to survive with a neighborhood like that? also is that not where the racetrack used to be?
uhh... the beaches are accustomed to enormous crowds of tens of thousands of people because you know... the beaches. You realize what goes on there Canada day, May 24, Labour day, etc, right?
