- Great video today! We are testing out some NEW makeup from the drugstore, all of which is under $5, believe it or not! I was a little skeptical of these palettes when I first saw them in store, but without giving too much away, this went pretty well:) I would love to know what you thought of these new products from Wet N Wild if you have tried them! UPDATE:
Foundation- I really liked it, though it was very light coverage and not long wearing (my skin looked pretty bare by the end of 8 hours). But a great option for those that like something with lighter coverage. I imagine this will make a good summertime 'throw something on with a little mascara and call it good' product. Think errand running, not date night.
Concealer- This I liked better- good coverage, hasn't broken me out so far (I've worn it for three days straight now) and it seems to be pretty long wearing and not too drying on me. I'll keep playing with this one, but so far I'm impressed!
Shadows- VERY impressed with these! While the shimmers are all a little different in formula (even in addition to the glitter) I liked everything I've tried so far! The flaky shimmer is best applied with a finger. Even the glitter didn't crease or give me fallout after an afternoon working in my yard, which blew my mind! But what most impressed me were the mattes in these- SO CREAMY, RICH AND BLENDABLE! These felt different than the old WnW matte formula and I loved them! Can't wait to play with the rest of the shades (I still haven't tired a few) and pick up the other palettes!

Wet n Wild and Elf about to go to battle😲

Love your eye look. I was literally just at the grocery store when a woman walked past me with the most beautiful shimmery e/s. So I approached her and asked what she was wearing and she said the WnW five pan e/s. I couldn't believe it. So, I am picking up all of them. I think the trick is what eye primer you are using and maybe applying the shimmer shades with a finger. I mean for $3.99 each....you can't beat it.
I didn't pick up the shadows because the reviews have been all over the place. 1st review I saw was from an ex MUA who also loved the old version of Walking On Eggshells. Watching her try to make the shadows work got me anxious. I could see her frustration. I don't know what's up with these palettes. Seems like they're hit or miss which is a bummer because there were at least 2 that caught my attention. After seeing other reviews where they were a hit I still decided not to buy. I figured with my luck I'd buy palettes that were in the miss category. I've tried and still have some old W&W palettes which didn't work for me. I really need to just toss them out, lol. Glad they worked for you though. Loved that lipstick shade. Please put more of your bloopers into the video. I get such a kick out of them.... 😄
They aren't the best. I didn't like them at all. You dodged a bullet!

Absolutely love the Tinted Hydrator! I liked the Incognito Concealer as well, but I just couldn't find my color at Ulta. If anyone is interested in the Tinted Hydrator or the Incognito Concealer, Wet n Wild's actual site has way more shades available compared to Ulta. 5 shades more for the Tinted Hydrator and 13 more shades for the Incognito Concealer!
Somehow this makeup look makes your eyes look bigger. Very pretty!💐😍
I love the walking on eggshells 5 pan! It’s my ideal mini palette. For some reason the elf four pans did not work for me at all, but this wet n wild one does. The 10 pans are more hit and miss so meh. I also liked the purple 5 pan petalette.

Sadly those new Wet n Wild palettes didn't work for me at all. They are so powdery and didn't stick to my eyelids, just blended away. They had a good formula before, not sure why they changed it. I saw Risa Does Makeup review them and she couldn't get them to work for her but I wanted to try them anyway. I do like the Tinted Hydrator though, it's wonderful!
They didn’t work for me either Jessica, I found the pigment very lacking 😩 I’m sticking to my €25 Natasha Denona minis from now on!!! They never fail me. I’d rather buy one of those for a few more bucks.... superb formula and sturdier packaging.

lol! Absolutely! I never go out of the house without a bit of shimmer and glam (even to rake or mow the grass). It just makes me so happy.

I completely feel you on the stress and time commitment necessary for High School pitcher with aspirations to play in college! Our son is a Sophomore that had an excellent Varsity season. Now on to Club ball for summer as well as tryout for scout team. Hang in there
I have been dying to see some videos about these palettes! I have the 5 pan in Petalette (kind of a pinky mauve) and My Lucky Charm (GORGEOUS greens and gold) and my daughter has the 10 pan in Heart & Sol (pinks and peaches). I honestly think they're better than the Elf bite sized palettes (which I do like), but so far very few people have talked about them. At $3 and $5 at Walmart they are absolutely worth the price and I would highly recommend them. They go on like a dream!
I have boy/girl twins that are 22 1/2. She played travel softball and played varsity softball since she was in 8th grade. He played travel baseball as a pitcher for 10 years. We travelled everywhere! It consumed our lives. He stopped playing and she got into a division 1 school as their starting 1st baseman. I can RELATE for sure!! Glad it’s all over now and I do not miss it at all lol.
I NEVER put this out there but my husband has been the northwest scout for the Chicago White Sox for over 20 years. I’ve heard u talk about your son playing baseball but never wanted to say anything b4 but then u talked about u guys doing recruiting stuff. It’s a tricky process. Do u have any video of your son pitching?

Baseball season is always crazy around here too. Plus we were not smart and got married during it one year 🤦🏾♀️. So baseball games, several family birthdays, and a wedding anniversary make for a crazy spring/early summer around here.

I absolutely love the glitter shadow in the inner upper eye crease! Would have loved to see the purple/pink eyeshadow for a spring look. All in all the look is beautiful. I enjoy the tinted hydrater by W&W but I like the Neutrogena one a little better. I havent tried the incognito concealer yet.
I used my Milk stick on my lips today! 🙏🏻 for the great tip I 💕 it, perfect my lips but better shade

The crease shade in the old Walking on Eggshells palette is my favorite eyeshadow. The newer versions aren't the same. I can't find a dupe for it either.

Have you seen the Revlon So Fierce eye palettes? I picked up a couple from Amazon but I’m sure they’re in stores too. They look amazing and it would be great to see a review!! You look stunning as always!!
Aren’t they all shimmer shades ? That’s why I didn’t get one. Have you tried them yet ?
@@Queenmarie88 yes they do seem like all shimmer shades but they can be blended and sheered out look more matte. This is my experience with them. I hope this helps!

My son just started his baseball season, and I had forgotten just how busy it is-and he’s only 8! I will be so excited for any videos you make, but enjoy all the time at the ball fields you can! After trying these, I found that most of the shimmers had almost a coating on top-when I scratched off the top layer, they were opaque and buttery, but before that they were so sheer and barely swatched at all! Reminded me of those old elf baked highlighters where you had to scratch off the top layer to make them work. I just ran the tip of a flat brush around them pretty vigorously and it helped swirl off the coating without losing too much product.
I don't have Instagram..☹️. But if the new UD wild west pallete is in there..I vote for that one .

I have normal to dry skin and the Tinted Hydrator wears well on me.

I have a Walking on Eggshells quad from W&W that doesn’t look like either of the ones you showed. Looks like they went from a trio to a quad and now a 5-pan?

I have the Walking on Eggshells quad and liked it a lot and grabbed the new 5-pan and look forward to trying it! 😁I also got the Nude Awakening 10-pan new palette and can’t wait to try it also. If I like them I’ll probably get the rest because I’ll admit, I’m a makeup hoarder. 😂😂😂 Oh and I highly recommend the new Impossible Primer from Wet n Wild. It’s silicone free but is hydrating AND pore blurring and $5-6. Every foundation I’ve put on top of this has looked wonderful (when they didn’t before on my 45yr old dry skin). Just sayin- it’s my new gem. ☺️ Also I’m enjoying the new WnW brow-cessive brow gel. So good!
I purchased the 10 pan palette in Nude Awakening. It's pretty new to me, but I think it's BEAUTIFUL. It doesn't crease on me, blended well, and I loved the look that came out of it. I would say the colors look much different swatched and on the eyes than they look in the pan, but I have no regrets about purchasing it. I'm thinking about buying the "Walking on Eggshells" too, so I'd love to hear what you think!

Our son is a sophomore in high school and we also play baseball and know the struggles of the schedule and college planning. He also plays for the dirtbags summer travel team so we don’t stop LOL. It’s a struggle but it is fun!

Petalette is all I want to wear lately & I have many palettes to choose from! Also I miss the four athletes and their friends but I do not miss the constant travel, cleaning, packing and feeding.🥳

I have the new Walking on Eggshells and Sundaze 5 pan palettes from WNW, and have really been enjoying them! I like the new version of Walking on Eggshells better than the original. The Sundaze palette is so pretty too..like a summer sunset.

Your video popped up literally as I pulled into the driveway having just picked up Wet n Wild 5-pan in “Petalette”. What’s the chance of that?!?! I also pick up elf’s 4-pan bite size in “Rose Water” which look very similar to “Petalette”. Very fun! Loved the liquid lipstick. I’ve put it on my list. 👍🏻

I just pulled one of my Morphe palettes and was eyeing my bite size Elf palettes and my Covergirl and Pixie by Petra, let’s say drugstore palettes, thinking I need to decluttering the I don’t reach for cuz-you-don’t-speak-to-me-anymore ones and give love to the ones I can get rid of cuz they are good, and I was thinking about the general formula vs the formula of most of the palettes I’ve purchased this past year: buildable vs in-your-face pigmented. Like growing on my make-up life vs good old simple days. Sigh. Must check these small bite size like palettes. I do love me some neutrals and these seem fun.

I have 51 years old and very dry under eye I have tried several drugstore concealer the price tag that I want to spend but I haven't found my go to. I'm wondering if this one is a contender?

You just reminded me about those lip glosses they are amazing with lots of pigment! I'm going to go get those out! I love that send nudes color. Seems there's also a light pink one with the word chic in the name that super pretty and would be trendy with all the pink eye looks!

Wet n wild bronzer stick looks a lot better on my dry skin. The milk shows the dey texture a lot on me as its not as creamy or easy to blend and can cause my skin to start flaking with the blending. Thats just because i have dry skin most likely.

*You probably won't see this comment BUT there's another version of the Walking On Eggshells palette besides the 2 you have there. I believe it has 4 shades and its a "Color Icon" Palette. If you look online, I bet you'll find it.*
She knows her makeup and all the pallets that is for sure that she's doing a fantastic job and we can afford drugstore products and we don't have to buy these ungodly expensive products that do no more and drug store products if you know what you doing they look just as good if not better.

I have the large wet n wild palette and it's not good. Too powdery! The tinted moisturizer is so so good though!
