I find out recently that the love language is respond the most to is Words of affirmation. I didn’t receive a lot of encouragement or words of praise when I was younger, so I’m starting to give those words to myself. I think people’s love languages develop out of what they lacked when they were children.
I’ve heard this. My other love language is words of affirmation.
That I lacked but honestly my parents spent a lot of time with me. I didn’t get much “you look beautiful or I am proud of you etc” however they are much better with that now

I'm so glad you are feeling better! The citrus scrub is my favorite, too. That and the bubble bath. Citrus scents are great for summer. For me, it evokes summer vacay.. that orange summer sunscreen!!

Shoot... I soak myself like a sink full of dirty dishes haha.
I take 2 different kinds of baths... Super soak/detox/relax and a "Pretty" bath. The first one I'll take a shower after and scrub like crazy then moisturize. The second is after a good shower to "marinade" in scented/moisturizing oils, etc. Mainly before going out for an evening or just to feel extra.
