When playing someone that uses automotion a lot, i found it helpful to run cover 4 drop. If their motioned player runs their route from the slot at the snap, then i manually press that receiver with my user to disrupt the timing. I also spread my d line to improve the pass rush and pass commit bc i assume they won't be running on auto motion plays. The real issues is how bad zones react sometimes. Sometimes hook zones just dumb out.
