Let me know how you get on. Nothing here yet, but it's been very cold all April. I just bought a mini meadow seed pack so I'll be comparing the results
Hi there. I did do a follow up. But i think i may have deleted it when i was thinning out my videos. In summary, they pruduced some reasonable seedlings within the first few weeks right near the stakes. But then unfortunately the rabbits got to them. I had a real rabbit problem, without exaggeration i counted 17 on the lawn one morning. In the end i gave up on the beebombs and put it down to experience. I had far more success with a very inexpensive packet of wildflower seeds which i bought from Aldi (£1.50). There is a recent wildflower meadow video on the channel. The results were astonishing. There is also an update to that video. Thanks for watching. Best wishes. Mark
@@MarksHouseandGardenUK thanks for this. I’ll have a look at your wildflower video. We tried this year but we’re left disappointed so want to do it better next year
@@Daniel-qw9dm i think part of the secret is getting the seeds into almist bare, impoverished soil, rather than into grass. Also, there is a plant called YELLOW RATTLE, which can be added to the seed mix (if not already present) which outcompetes the grass. I'm no expert but these are just a couple of things i learned. Thanks again. Mark
Unfortunately I can’t find a vlog video revisiting this. 🙁
Just planted some myself - looking forward to seeing what they look like!

Hi. I have some results! I did a 6 week update vlog
Hi. I've added some wildflower meadow. Also I have some results from the beebombs. There is a 6 week update video. Please enjoy.
Just put my wild flower seeds out yesterday! It's finally past frost here in east coast US
We must be about the same because we're just about to finish with our frosts. Let me know how they come along
Great channel
Thanks Roy. I really appreciate your comment and support. Best wishes. Mark
Was there a follow up to this? Can’t see it
