I’m so excited for this! I love seeing your designs for your characters, and I’m excited to see your Ink and Error for Otherverse! (I have also found all my old theories and am looking forward to possibly making new ones!) I shall return with a longer comment once I’ve finished watching!

Whoops) “This means that I can no longer tell the difference between popular headcannons, my own delusions, and the actual canon anymore” yeah, I feel that. I didn’t know anything about Undertale when I first stumbled into the AU community and it has been a steep learning curve(I got attached to Dream and Nightmare very early on and that’s probably why they are both still a hyperfixation of mine. They’ve been a hyperfixation of mine for so long that I can no longer distinguish whether something about is fanon or canon without a significant amount of effort). (I wheezed at this, it’s a great quote and very funny with how true it is)
I love Error’s design! (I’m wheezing about his pants privileges being revoked). I like how you leaned into the spidery-ness with Error and his powers, and I love his blue coat! His little claws are adorable poking out of his super long and giant sleeves, it’s a really cool design! (Otherverse Error is awesome) I’m now imagining Error spidering around with his strings, chasing someone or something, and then he lands on the ground with a loud THWACK from his flip flops and just takes off running in them, and I am wheezing.
I love Ink! And him being based off of Tiny Ink is an adorable detail(Tiny Ink sounds like he is very cute too) Otherverse Ink looks absolutely adorable and I want to gently hold him in my hands.(the big pants vs big shirt with Ink and Error is awesome. Ink’s pants are so big that they’re part of his shirt now). Also, I really like the apron you went with for him instead of a bandolier/strap thing! It’s really cool and makes me immediately think “artist” when I look at him. His toes will never be contained, they will always be free. (The idea of Ink strapping heels to his bare feet is hilarious to me, and it made my mind gift me with the image of Error, in his flip flops, just absolutely bolting from Ink while Ink chases him with disproportionately tall heels strapped to his bare feet like a little chaos goblin.)
Magical Sparkle Glitter Girl Ink is something I didn’t know I needed to see and I love it. I can imagine him with a glitter cannon that does actual damage, but with ✨sparkles✨.I love that you’re having him and Dream go for the magical girl energy, and the contrast of Dream being more serene while Ink’s just there causing mayhem with the Ink Equivalent of The Zoomies is awesome! I like how they contrast each other, calm and chaotic duos are one of my favorites. I also love the colors you chose for his design! He looks awesome! And I really like the detail that you do with your characters where they like to have their clothes relate to their soul traits, it’s really interesting and very fun to look for when seeing a character for the first time. Confidence, Passion, Hope, and Curiosity is a great combo for him! Having Confidence mixed in with Passion, Hope, and Curiosity might make him a very optimistic person, and I think it works really well for him as the Creation Outcode! I’m also thinking about how in the future(around Nightmare the 13th’s time) how people would see it if the Creation Outcode then had Passion as their soul trait, seeing as how they now call it Sexuality instead of Passion(I might have a memory mixup, but I think it happened because of textbooks) (I have some theories about Ink and Error’s soul traits that I’m going to be typing up in my later comments, I think the way you do soul traits is awesome and I love looking for little details in their designs to base theories off of) I love his outfit, he looks adorable in his big pants and big scarf and the paint splatters make a lot of sense with his personality! He’s of the Sparkle Chaos Magical Girl energy type, so I’d guess that he gets a lot of paint spilled on him when doing anything with it. I love him, he is adorable.
Heck yeah, bonus backstory for Ink the Sparkle Chaos Magical Girl! I think it’s really cool that Ink makes most AUs, but that THE WOLF created the original and unchangeable AUs, so he bases his AUs off of those! Having THE WOLF be the all powerful god of Otherverse and not having the outcodes be the highest powers is something I really like about Otherverse. It opens up a lot of opportunities to think about! Also, I’m now wondering if THE WOLF only told the first Outcodes about their role in the balance, and just expected them to tell their successors and heirs themselves, so THE WOLF might not have told any Outcodes besides the first ones at all. Maybe that might be part of the cause of the problem that Nightmare the 13th is trying to fix) (I have more comments about Error on their way, I had to retype them(but I am having a lot of fun rewatching the video so I’m not actually very upset about it at all)
I have 2 questions about 1 character and that's frash sans his a chill guy whit a 80"s or 90's aesthetic and aparendly and he is one or more of the smarter characters, but his a smart person makes him look and act like an idiot and power's are more chaotic and unpredictable (pinkie pie with ceus mugic type of). And now the questions. 1. Will he appear? 2. Will he have a parasite in his eye that gives him more "complicated" powers (idk how or why he has it but he apparently dus)

Work on anatomy. Practice it intentionally without worrying about any other details. Focus purely on the structure of the body. In your video that you recommended me watch, you used some still images of art that isn't yours. I don't think I need to tell you that this is stealing, but it kinda is. That combined with the frequently repeated small selection of images you drew yourself makes your video seem very lazily put together. If you're planning on animating more things in the style of an animatic, I would work on spending more time on each individual still.

He exists in the multiverse but he will not be appearing as anything more than a background character

That combined with the frequently repeated small selection of images you drew yourself makes your video seem very lazily put together.
