      it is a refrence scale not always starts from rigth because in som more sheilded protons then TMS appear roght to 0 value

      It is just the percent closeness of electrons in an orbital towards the nucleus..
      As we know that the S orbital is nearer to the nucleus compare to P orbital, hence we take percent S and percent P character of the hybridized orbitals through comparison with pure S orbital (closer to the nucleus) and pure P orbital ( relatively farther from the nucleus).

    The delta value for sp hybridized carbon is 2-3 ppm which is opposite to actual obesrvation

    why chemical shift value of 'C-H' of acetylene is lesser than ethylene

      Acetylene have 2 π bonds so proton are more shielded then ethylene because ethylene have one π bond..ok..
