Hi! On October 11 I recieved results of IG1/ IG2 exams and passed both elements. Thank your for the videos, they helped a lot, especially the video related to the question about contractors. It was one of my exam questions. Thanks to you I didn’t spend too much time for searching it. 🙏🏻
Hi sir., excellent video and i have a doubt and need suggestions., i got refer in my IG2 and the reason was in part 2 for a particular hazard (only one) I didn't make much explanation so they have put" not met" , for resit can I jst delete that particular hazard and submit again .? ( I will have 10 hazards correctly if I delete that one )
So if I answer a question with 10 marks which includes 5 pieces of information from legislation and 5 examples from the scenario as evidence of relevance. Would I generally only score 5 marks?

Make sure the course is right for you. If it is and you commit, it's really just a case of studying the content. It's not easy and it takes time. There are no shortcuts.
A certificate is just one factor of many. To get the job you'll need appropriate experience, skills, knowledge etc. Plus the right attitude and to be able to demonstrate all of that during the selection process.

Cant pull experience straight off the bat (someone has to take a chance on an applicant) skill imo comes with experience (situation no change there), the knowledge I would think you should have if you pass the course.... Is there entry level, no experience jobs out there if a candidate has the qualification and presents themselves well ?
@@jimbob7370 Not as a H&S Manager etc, no. But as all employers need to manage H&S, you could look at ANY entry level job and then put yourself forward for H&S responsibilities. This will gain you the experience and you can take it form there.

What is an effective communication. 2.. main forms of communication include: -Verbal communication -Written communication -Graphic communication Is it relevent to this question or we can directly go to the scenation and answer the methods of communication existed in the organisation? kindly update
Haha Astutis are a vendor of ours. My first week in the classroom isn’t until September. Basically between September 9th and October 10th I complete my NG1 and NG2. I’m a project engineer. I’m 43 and have been in engineering on large industrial sites since now I was 18. I understand risk assessment and control contractors and permit to work on a daily basis. I’m very dedicated in passing this course. If I was to study from now until my first week in the classroom. Would half an hour a day on week days be enough over the next 8 months?

You can only do so much with the time you have so do the best you can and you'll probably do ok.
