Hi man! I just got one of these GPU via Ebay, but I have been unsuccessful on installing drivers on W10. I have tried different drivers, but they just do not complete setup. Where did you fin the correct AMD driver for this one? In case of flashing required, which FirePro W5000 bios did you use?

@@LohTec Thanks a lot, man! You are the boss!! I was able to flash Barco bios to a firepro5000 one, by following instructions on link you provided. Afterwards, issue was related to find the relevant driver, as SO just installed the old crimson drivers all the time, and with some new driver packages I just obtained an error like "failed to create opengl context for format qsurfaceformat" and setup stopped. Finally, I managed to install some recent adrenalin version 18.12.2 package, which offer updating options, and allowed me to install Pro Software for Enterprise driver .

​@@moisesgomez9558 You need to unstall the driver installed by windows 10 in device manager first otherwise it would throw error as you mentioned.

what is the equivalent radeon card? Is it a GCN or terascale bases?

It's GCN, but there isn't an exact equivalent. It's a cut down 7850

- HD 7850-Lite (like a Firepro "W6100") = PS4 iGPU.
- AMD Firepro W5000 = Xbox One iGPU.
