Though their comment has no particular bearing on the actual situation. One could easily write a similar post and just take out Trump/Biden family with another subject. Some clarity or resolution could be found by honing in to the details of the situation and weighing the evidence, which again I would say if there was evidence there would be criminal proceedings and not a sham/show trial. When there is evidence, there are future indictments, as is the case with Trump currently. Should there be evidence to implicate Biden, I expect it would have been found when Barr "investigated" previously. Though if there is evidence, then by all means indict and prosecute. At least Trump files his tax returns as required by law and paid what he still owed in taxes (on top of) what he has already prepaid in quarterly taxes as a business entity and as an individual taxpayer. If the IRS (based on their processing) calculated the same tax of $750 and Trump paid it where's the issue? It's not a crime to pay less taxes but it is a felony to evade paying taxes to Uncle Sam. It's a big no-no or else.
