Can you please post a guide on how to use the lock on the fullback - I have 2 keys that came with the FullBack - and the instruction manual - but to be honest it's not very clear on how it all works. Otherwise a very solid unit - fits 3 bikes as advertised and it is very sturdy. Very happy with it and highly reccomended!
I had a,Yakima 20 years ago, twice as secure, 1/2 as easy to put on and 1/3 the price. The wheel securing strap is a joke. Just buy some bungee cords. The lock is a gimmick. Just buy a decent $20 lock. After returning another rack before this one, I'm just to lazy to ship it back. If you have not bought it, buy the half back on sale for half the price.

When I go to your website there are no fit notes or instructions besides a PDF copy of the exact same instructions that came with the rack.
