yeah, I think this is kind of groundbreaking but it will probably never be used by ballet companies. Most don't want their dancers to dance in pointy ankle socks lol
@@user-rc2ct7cs1g yup! I know they're really expensive but they last so much longer because you can just exchange the parts, from what I understand, so in the long run it's a win win, I think.
I think ballet companies should allow their pupils to wear these types of dance shoes more often, it should be a requirement to wear these in a dance studio. It's called the evolution of dance and dance products. When you said they were comfortable, that is the selling point on becoming more of a popular item now. They look practical as well
It would be strange to make it a requirement, because first they are extremely expensive, and you can’t bend them to fit your feet better like traditional shoes, plus it probably won’t look good with pink tights for the more traditional ballet
@@Berryations that's a great question lol. Well the evolution of ballet shoe companies will allow the requirement needed to have the 3D printed shoe. Unless ballet companies just want to stay old fashioned. She said they were comfortable,
Comfort doesn’t equal a good shoe. She said they were initially comfortable but harder to dance in and she didn’t feel supported. I think allowing these in is still a stretch if they’re not going to support the dancer like a traditional shoe. That’s an increased risk for injury. Also, they’re just ugly, and I can’t get over it. They ruin the aesthetics of what a traditional shoe creates. Maybe for more contemporary ballet, but I don’t see it working for a classical performance.
They need to figure out how to make this look like a traditional pointe shoe. This is a nice idea for a good, comfortable fit, but to take the beauty out of the pointe shoe takes away a lot from the dancer when she looks in the mirror and from the audience when they see a performance. Imagine how out of place this would look paired with a beautiful tutu.
They are not cute just because in ballet everyone has got bunions of their feet, and those pointe shoes shows em all! I also don t think that those'd be good for jumps or long reharsals
Shortly after this I found some videos and turns out I did this very incorrectly 😅😅😅Will update and put them together again in the next video!
I thought it looked a bit weird
You put the skin on when it's not on your foot since it's harder to get get it on.
I wish it looked more like a traditional point shoe though

I love these for their practicality and lack of waste but i do think they're ugly 😂😂
But for practice it makes no difference. They only have to be pretty on stage

Allow, yes, make a requirement no. Not everyone can afford this.
Why a requirement??? What a jump from should allow to must be required 🥴

you’re supposed to tape around the box, that’s what it’s for, you can see it in the picture
I’ve been waiting for this!!!!
Nice nail polish
Maybe good for everyday wear but how well do you transition back to normal pointe shoes for performances? Bc those shoes are so ugly
SLAYYYY
Does it feel weird not to have ribbons around your ankles?
They come with laces but it's not needed tbh
Where do / did u train for dance
I've been asking you about this
2nd omg love u
Очень интересно😊
yeah I knew there was not something right because you were sinking the Box was not supporting you
They look like dirty socks. The regular point shoes look much better

Why are all these girls lost at reading and following instructions... Like it's quantum physics
She admitted she made a mistake, Vivi 🤡
It's bc the instructions are vague and very different from anything they do with pointe shoes on a norm
YOURTOENAILSLOOKLIKESWEETCANDY!
I don’t like them I’ve seen a few videos about them and in my OPINION I think they are sorta ugly regular pointe it’s better
