** READ ME PLEASE **
I include all my essential cheats (Performance,QoL stuff) and ADEPT CB MOD in the .rar files. Bonus fullscreen custom layout config and multiplayer lobbies fix.
I wouldn't suggest using 60 FPS, because of stuttering issue. This game will stutter really bad if FPS goes above 55. So yeah, use 55 FPS instead (included in the files)
